I am a regular customer to konark lodge. I stayed here for 35 days before and recently i stayed for 1 day. Staff and all amenities good. Spacious rooms and in good locality. Thank you

Hotel is good, but for early checkin they asking extra money, even after rooms are vacant, location is good food near sairam parlour

I checked in one room shocked seeing bed bugs on the room, i complained at reception they changed the room still same issue, full of bed bugs, untidy toilets, room smells like godowns, no clean bed sheets, worst rooms, and i am very embarrassed while i am leaving the room for checkout today, some unknown room service guy came to me and asked for "boy tips" ( i never used room service for anything, i bought everything by myself) i said that fellow, he was angrily staring at me, he about to beat me and then he himself scolded me in some abusive local language and went in to lift, what kind of thiefs are they and how the owner allow these type of gundas who doesn't know how to treat people, and i don't know how make my trip team accept these type of stays and suggest their customers to stay there, very very bad experience with that hotel and also with make my trip team, please please don't suggest any of your guests to stay their, remove it from your lists, you team will get a rapport spoiled

The hygiene is very bad. I saw rats in the lobby. And cockroaches in the room. Very shabby. The staff service was okay. Nothing great.
