The fabric of the building was a little worn and tired. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat in so can’t comment on that. Great variety of food available in the Wool Market, 3 minutes walk away.

To Noisy to sleep, I have stayed 8 nights over the last 2 weeks with work, the room itself is spacious and tidy but unfortunately the windows are pointless the noise from the road at the front of the hotel is horrific, it’s like sleeping with the windows open, it is a busy main road and the traffic does not stop right through the night, I have had hardly any sleep which is a shame as the beds are comfortable and a treat for a hotel. I have stayed on the 6th floor on both my visits and both times the heating in my room hasn’t worked, I have had to ask reception for a heater. They are fully aware of the issue as when I checked in the 2nd time I asked if the heating was working and had a key waved at me and told I am going to reboot it again now. The heating I can cope with thanks to the heater but the windows do need some serious consideration, the company need to find a way to block out noise, I am so surprised this hasn’t already been addressed as it really does make the visit unpleasant. The staff in the restaurant are amazing and fantastic but when I have asked at reception for change or spoke about the heating issue I have just been told I’m not the receptionist and to come back later. The hotel is clean and secure but please look at the other premier inn In Doncaster if you want a good night's sleep.

Went for the breakfast (again) with my son (12). One of the few places that a 12yr old is counted as a child. Bernie our waitress was amazing as always. Super friendly and welcoming. As the hotel wasn’t busy on the Monday morning we visited we ordered our cooked breakfast with her. You can have as much as you like. I opted for poached eggs with my brekkie and they were perfect and runny❤️. My son had pancakes, fruit and honey before his cooked breakfast too. Absolutely fantastic value for money with great service. Well done Premier Inn for recognising that children don’t stop being a child age12😀

Great service from all staff , especially Bernie in the restaurant for breakfast , always smiling and on the go . Nothing's to much trouble for her . Room clean and tidy as usual , and easy check in on arrival at Premier Inn. Would definitely recommend. : )

Use this hotel everytime I travel to Doncaster for work. There is no free parking however the car park isn't too expensive and the hotel is very conveniently located. Never have a problem with my stay and Cheryl at front desk is very friendly and helpful.
