Premier Inn Doncaster (Lakeside)

We have been to other premier inns before but this is an absolute gem of a hotel, location is fantastic! close to the lake which great to walk round on a nice day, round the back is a giant outlet centre, fast food restaurants all within a few minutes drive! The staff are amazing! I cannot thank Mandira and Natalia enough for making our stay so special. It was our first family holiday away with our baby and we were always greeted with a warm welcome everytime we came to and from the hotel, so polite and friendly, nothing was too much hassle for these lovely ladies, they couldn’t of done anymore for us. Breakfast is great and served in the pub next door, you can have a full English or continental, again the staff were lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of free parking, I highly recommend a stay.

Hotel room was too warm to sleep well it was only when we went to bed that we realised the window did not open. To add to that there was a door in our room which led to another room. It was locked but the noise came through. We could not sleep. We were not refunded under the good night sleep guarantee as we did not report the problems to reception during the night. The hotel expected us to get up and dressed and switch rooms on the dead of night. What a swizz the guarantee is.

The room was a great size with the best shower & bath . The bed and pillows were very comfortable- we all slept really well . The staff were so friendly and welcoming . For £56 this exceeded expectations and we would definitely be staying again.

Great reception, really helpful and let me check in early as I was working night shifts, the accommodated me perfectly and specifically moved me to the quietest room possible so I could get some sleep. Mandiva and Natalia were the perfect welcome. The room was clean and fresh, and the bed was very comfortable as always. Can't ask for more when travelling for work.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, room nice and clean and extra pillows ready if needed. Restaurant next door was good, normal beefeater grub and all staff there were also good. No complaints here. They also had air con which was a welcome.

Long drive from Broxburn Scotland to premier inn in Doncaster,Mandira the receptionist was amazing and great Friendly service, very observant rooms clean and tidy shower water amazing. Beer garden exceptional beers nice and cold would highly recommend
