Estancia de 4 noches por trabajo. Hotel excelente que cuida cada detalle. Servicio súper atento, destacó a Nathaniel en el gym y a Enrera o algo así (mis disculpas) siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Buenas instalaciones, habitación muy amplia...gran elección.

We (4 adults and 1 teen) have just returned from a wonderful stay at Al Mirqab hotel. Pre Arrival Prior to booking I made an email enquiry about the availability of an extra bed. This was answered very quickly and put my mind at rest about the size of the rooms and ability to accommodate a third person. This was also reconfirmed directly by the hotel less than 30 minutes after making the booking via Expedia. And then, the day before our arrival I received a courtesy telephone call (Doha to UK) to check whether we had any special requests or transportation needs and to say how much the team were looking forward to our arrival. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and never have I been called ahead of time to be welcomed. A really personal touch. Arrival Tip: If taking a taxi from the airport be sure to state clearly Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli and in particular Arumail Boutique hotel on Al Souq Street. Unfortunately, we were taken to the completely wrong hotel which also had the name Souq Waqif in the title! When we did arrive at the correct hotel the welcome was warm and our earlier stress was quickly forgotten. We were checked in at Arumail hotel with the offer of coffee and dates whilst we were waiting. (Thank you to Mr Mouhaib for the coffee and introducing us to sweet dates) Our booking was split between Arumail and Mirqab hotels but Mr Abdullah was super helpful and offered our couple in the group an upgrade at a discounted price so that we could all stay together in Al Mirqab. It was an offer too good to refuse! Once we had completed the formalities we and our luggage were whisked by buggy over to Al Mirqab. Hotel Location Excellent! All of the hotels are dotted around the souq, but we liked Al Mirqab because it was right next door to the Metro station. If you want to be close to the Corniche choose Al Jomrok. Al Jasra is slightly on the edge but no more than a 2 minute walk from the main area. Rooms Our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Even with the additional bed in one of the rooms we still had plenty of room. The complimentary water and tea and coffee was replenished every day and the mini fridge was perfect for cooling the water overnight ready to take out with us the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. This was done without any disturbance or inconvenience to us. We never saw the housekeeping staff but always returned to a freshly made up room. If I had one tiny little ****** it would be about the lack of plugs; one by each bedside table would have been super helpful. That said, on the day we were leaving I found one in the wardrobe (near the safe), one ‘hiding’ behind the luggage stand and one ‘hiding’ beneath the curtains. My fault for not looking properly, lol! Wi fi was excellent. What we loved about the wi fi was that it worked in all of the hotels and we only ever had to log in once. Food Our stay included breakfast which for the first few days o

Visita al hotel en el marco del stopover de Qatar airlines. He leído muchos comentarios que no eran muy buenos. De mi parte puedo decir que ni siquiera a propósito no pude encontrar nada malo. No se qué se puede criticar de este hotel. Dado que el programa de stopover tiene un gran descuento, al reservar el hotel pensé que me iban a dar la peor habitación, pero no fue así. La habitación amplia, limpia, con todas las comodidades que uno necesite. Cama grande que ofrece buen descanso. Si, es verdad, que las ventanas no se abren y no son muy limpias, pero se entiende con la cantidad de arena que hay y también la construcción al lado del hotel. El ruido de la construcción sí puede molestar un poco. El restaurante ofrece buen desayuno, muy variado, se cambian algunas cosas día a día. La cena es bufet libre también, un poco cara, pero s veía buena. Para la cena se puede elegir otros restaurantes que no pertenecen al hotel pero se encuentran en el mismo territorio, si no quieres salir afuera, muy cómodo. La zona de piscina y playa muy limpia, el lugar es muy agradable, a pesar de ser un poco pequeño. Si uno tiene el stopover y en equipaje de mano no trae algunas cosas de playa - se puede comprar en la tienda del hotel. Y lo más importante es la atención y la amabilidad de todos los servicios del hotel. Empezando por la recepción y terminando con las personas que trabajan en restaurantes y en la playa. Todos son muy serviciales, amables, tratan de ayudar. El joven jefe de la recepción super profesional, eficiente, amable, habla varios idiomas. El hotel se encuentra un poco alejado del centro pero nada que no pude resolver un Uber o el metro. No tan lejos se encuentra el centro comercial y lugares para cambiar divisas. Definitivamente volvería y recomendaría a los amigos.
