Beautiful hotel and beautiful staff so friendly and welcoming absolutely brilliant from first expression till last 10/10 massive shout out to GHITA for made my checkin in so seamless and so glad to check out with her too, another shout out to the breakfast receptionist girl I don’t remember her face but she has been so amazing. The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels and Resorts is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Doha, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Ms. Camille Hernandez from Sales assisted us during our check-in and throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. The ladies at the check-in counter were also highly professional in their roles. This was our first experience with à la carte breakfast, it turned out to be a lavish meal that our family thoroughly enjoyed. A special thanks to Ara Marie Lao, who expertly handled customer service during breakfast. Her timely check-ins ensured we were comfortable and received everything we requested promptly. It was a wonderful breakfast experience for my family. We loved the courtyard, where the table setup provided us with privacy to converse and enjoy our meal while still being able to see others in the distance. The harmonious atmosphere made my daughter feel at home, prompting her to ask when we could return. The pool and gym facilities were amazing, and we truly enjoyed them, especially the stunning pool view. We are already planning to return next month. I highly recommend The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels, as all the staff members are professional and attentive to their duties. I rate this experience a perfect 10/10. We look forward to seeing everyone again next time!
