The owners of these establishments completely disregard their customers' recommendations. For example, they recently changed the residents' Wi-Fi access, and now the connection is completely unstable. People have been complaining for weeks, but nothing works. You'd think they took a wicked pleasure in receiving our complaints, smiling sardonically, while knowing full well that they won't do anything to change their technical flaws. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT

My wife and I have been training with Victor in Marriot Executive apartments for the past 1 year and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience and results. From day one, he took the time to understand our individual goals, fitness levels, and any limitations we had—and then crafted a program that was both challenging and sustainable. What really stood out to us was his ability to push us just the right amount. He strikes a perfect balance between being motivating and supportive. Whether it was improving our strength, enhancing mobility, or simply staying consistent, Victor kept us accountable and constantly progressing. He’s not just knowledgeable about fitness techniques and nutrition—he’s also incredibly approachable and respectful. My wife and I always felt comfortable, encouraged, and genuinely cared for in each session. Thanks to his guidance, we’ve both reached milestones we never thought possible. We’re stronger, more energetic, and feel more confident in our health and bodies. We highly recommend Victor to anyone looking for a professional and personalized approach to fitness.

The apartments and facilities are fine and normally well maintained. However, the floor of the gym was broken and not fixed for several months. Talking about the gym, the coach Victor was great, amazing person and very supportive. I would totally recommend him. The refund of my deposit took much longer than expected, but I finally received the full amount, so no complain here.

Good place with good facilites, but some of them need maintenance, as the gym floor and running track, that are in bad condition since at least one year ago. Proffesional service team with fast response to little issues, and nice and proffesional people that are willing to help you, as Victor in the gym or housekeeping team.

I love the experience it’s one of the cleanest places in Doha, The staff is great, I was greeted and taken to a tour on my first day through every facility in the building, which is really well maintained. I would recommend to ask for their marketing person, his name Rao Prasad as is one of the best and fast acting staff member which made me come to this establishment every time I am visiting.

The apartment is amazing, fully furnished with a superb location, the area is so quiet and everything is near us with few minutes aways by car.The services and the house keeping and valet was perfect. The saftey and security system was also amazing, I enjoyed my stay to the max,loved the wellness facilities offered like the gym and the swimming pool and the spa and all,Highly highly recommended fpr families and ladies trip too👌👌😍
