Tui Magic Life Club Penelope Beach

Bad hotel not worth the money. Very weak animation, disrespect for guests, bad soundproofing in the rooms, completely inadequate female person at the reception, with whom none of the guests want to communicate. Rude. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

We had a wonderful week at TUI Magic Life Penelope Beach. Time flew by way too quickly and the week felt far too short. The transfer to the hotel went smoothly, and upon arrival, our luggage was taken care of immediately – we truly felt like we were on vacation from the very first moment. The food was excellent and left nothing to be desired. Even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, it never felt crowded. The spacious layout of the resort helps everything feel relaxed and well-distributed. The beach is beautiful, with fine sand and very clean water. One of the absolute highlights was the outstanding entertainment and children’s care available on-site. A special mention goes to Ricko from the Kids Entertainment Team (Mymo Club) – he did an amazing job with the kids and put in so much effort right from the beginning. Our children absolutely loved the evening Mini Disco with Mymo. The shows were top-class, especially the dance choreographies, which were truly impressive. You could feel the great atmosphere, not only on stage but also among the staff themselves. We would love to come back and are already looking forward to our next holiday here!

That was my first time in the hotel , I really love it , me and my wife we had the best time with entertainment they very professional, shows and party's are something amazing, special thanks to Willy for shuffle board everyday and Archery , And big thanks for the profermance team akhona,tiffany,ziah,Hannah,kiarah,barbie, And ofc Gomez with the beach volley ball

I highly recommend. Rooms, cleanliness, food are at a very high level. the hotel has a very large selection of food and everyone will find something for themselves. The hotel has a very large area and there are many attractions: tennis, volleyball and archery.Great animators, and the best is Willy.

From the moment I arrived at the airport in DJerba I have been well looked after, as a single english lady i hoped my trip would go smoothly. TUI rep and taxi driver were waiting for me. On arrival at the hotel Hamza met me and showed me around the resort after we had eaten as it was after 8pm. My room was lovely with great views from my balcony over the gardens. Swimming pools I counted 7. Adult bathing area next to a pool plus an indoor pool and jacuzzi, i did not have to hunt for a sunbed, no towel run at 6 a.m such a calm start to the day. Beautiful sandy beach two minute walk through the resort with snack bar. Every day there is entertainment in the evening shows or dancing. Food to suit everyone's taste and so many desserts to choose from. I will definitely come again. November the weather has been amazing , thankyou to everyone that has made my trip the best i could hope for..
