From start to finish nothing was too much bother. The staff were outstanding and couldn’t be more helpful. The rooms were well equipped, the food and service exceptional. A really happy, comfortable place to stay. We were booked in last minute but so well cared for. If I came back I would want to stay here. Beds comfy, good amenities. Thank you so very much.

First of all, the smile on face, positive attitude and no mood display even at 12pm. Food is just delicious, fresh and served with such a politeness. Fantastic, Virginia Flight treated us very poorly, but first 20 min at the restaurant and our mood changed up side down. Delightful and delicious. Amazing approach, great customer service and very friendly. Thank you guys 5* at all levels.

I went with my friend last year, I was very satisfied, I liked the rooms very much, the view is very nice, the food of Diyarbakır, I recommend it to everyone else, let them go and look at the historical monument, they also have a taste of their food.

Otelden genel anlamda memnunuz, özellikle restoran şefi Servet hanım kadar temiz titiz işini özverili yapan çözüm odaklı birisini görmedim. Size çok teşekkür ederim servet hanım diğer personellerde özveriliydi , yemekler lezzetliydi, odalar konforluydu

Restaurant bölümünde hijyen sorunu var. Servise sunulan tabakların büyük çoğunluğunda yemek kalıntıları vardı. Bu hizmete karşılık fiyat çok yüksek. Sigara içilmemiş odada kötü bir koku hakimdi. Havalandırma ile geçmedi. Başka illerdeki daha iyi hizmet veren wyndham otellerine göre %50 daha pahalı.

Çok sıcak karşılandık, kahvaltı saati geçmiş olmasına rağmen kaldırmayıp kahvaltı yapmamızı sağladılar. Çalışanlar son derece nazik ve güleryüzlü. Otel müdürü dahi ilgi alaka gösterip memnun kalıp kalmadığımızı sorguladı. Mutlu ayrıldık. Teşekkürler

İş dolayısıyla kaldım. Otel müdürü Selda hanım ve tüm çalışanlara güleryüzlerine çook teşekkür ederiz tekrar tercih edeceğiz. Odalar tertemiz, yemekler çok lezzetli kötü hiçbir şey yok. Misafirperverler ve çok ilgililer. Diyarbakır’da tek tercihimiz…

Doğu bölgesinde kaldığımız en güzel otel. Tam bir aile oteli personel çok ilgili sıcak kanlı heran yardım etmek için bekliyorlar. Fiyatı ***et makul öyle paha değil. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Diyarbakıra yolunuz düşerse kalmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Otelinizin manzarası çok güzel. İşim dolayısıyla çok gidip geliyorum. Restoran ve mutfağın servisi çok hızlı ve sunumları çok iyi. Birader bey, Ferat Bey ve Servet hanım çok ilgili. Mutfaktan ramazan şefime teşekkür ediyorum. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği oldukça fazla. Sabah kahvaltıya inerken güleryüzle karşılanıyoruz. Herkese tavsiye ederim
