Hosts are delightful - knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful and the entire lodge was perhaps the cosiest place we have ever stayed. Town is a short walk away, easy to grab a bottle of local wine (at Olympus Wines) and sit on the lodge patio after dinner. Easy drive to Olympus trails.

Stepping into this guest house you are immediately put at ease by the calm atmosphere, soothing music and beautifully decorated interior. The stone house is stunning and at the same time has the comforts of a modern home. The rooms are spacious and the bed and linens are comfortable and cozy. Breakfast is superb; there were so many local foods offered along with delicious homemade specialties. The location is easily accessible; we were able to park right outside. In addition, is so quiet and peaceful at night. The owners and staff are extremely attentive and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for additional things to enhance our trip.

An excellent boutique hotel in a quiet area of the village, easy to park the car (it is not always easy inside the village). The hotel looks like being inside a fairy tale. The rooms are very cute with old furniture. Especially the triple room our friends had booked, was extraordinary beautiful. The hotel provides breakfast as an option, but it was very good and tasteful, the second day I used this option. The other morning I could use the breakfast area just to drink a cup of coffee or tea. The hotel has also an excellent sitting room where the customers can enjoy their drink or beverage. The owner who works with his family is very gentle and helpful and can give all the necessary information, especially for mountain paths. We stayed for 2 nights and we were very satisfied.

This was the most wonderful lodge that I have ever stayed in. The owner, Sikas, was friendly and helpful- it was the perfect balance between helpful and private. The breakfast is not to be missed. Delicious. The room was comfortable and clean and as charming as can be. I fell in love with the town and Mt. Olympus. This is a must if you are staying in Litochoro. 5/5 stars!

The atmosphere has a touch of class that’s imbued in the music that plays in the lobby, the interior decor, and in the presentation of its breakfast (the latter is optional and an additional—yet reasonable—cost to the room rate). Very comfortable bed in a quiet room with a great shower. It sits toward the back of a hilly neighborhood southwest of the city center, and it’s only a roughly 10-minute walk through the winding streets to reach downtown with its restaurants, various retailers and large municipal park. Litochoro is the gateway to Olympus National Park, and The Countryside Lodge was a great place to come back to after exploring the park.

We were delighted to stay at this lovely inn with five other tour companions on a KE Adventures hiking tour in June. The inn is a ten minute walk uphill from the Litochoro village area, as well as to the Ennipeas canyon trail to Zeus' pool in Mount Olympus National Park. Rooms are spacious, air conditioned, and have a sparkling bathroom and a fantastic semi-circular shower with multiple settings. The breakfast buffet was generous, with delicious pastries, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereals, nuts, and fresh and dried fruit. The outdoor patio at the entrance was a welcome gathering place after our hikes.

Lovely decoration, warm atmosphere, excellent hospitality, comfortable bed, warm lights, Breakfast could be better. There is only one comment about the hole village - too many wild dogs. It is not about the place itself which is excellent and highly recommended, but maybe they can do something with the authorities

Hôtel mignon, bon petit-déjeuner avec des produits frais et fait maison (sauf le jus d'orange...). Dommage qu'il soit donné dans une salle au sous-sol alors que la terrasse est sympa ! Personnel souriant, gentil et de bons conseils pour les randonnées du Mont Olympe (l'un des gérants est un ancien guide !). Côté chambre, la clim' fait pas mal de bruit et on regrette l'absence de volets ou de vrais rideaux occultants, qui peut gêner les petits dormeurs...

Ο χώρος ειναι μαγευτικός , τα δωμάτια ειναι ζεστά απολαμβάνεις καθε στιγμή . Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πεντακάθαρο, οι πετσέτες του μπάνιου μυρίζουν πολύ όμορφα . Το πρωινό αξίζει να το δοκιμάσεις όλα είναι χειροποίητα - νόστιμα . Εχει πολύ καλή θέα, είσαι δίπλα στο κέντρο και ο κύριος Σάκης θα σας καθοδηγήσει σε ότι χρειάζεστε ,είναι εξίσου πολύ καλός άνθρωπος ευγενικός με χιούμορ. Αν είσαι στην περιοχή σου το συνιστώ!👌🏻
