"La habitación era limpia y decente, pero eso es donde se detiene. El hotel está en la Rt 35 y el ruido de la autopista es demasiado. El desayuno continental es terrible. Le pedí limpieza cada día con el gerente, pero no se ha hecho. A las 6 de la noche de la 2ª noche había dos chicos que golpeaban en mi puerta y que afirmaban ser mantenimiento. No me gustaría abrir la puerta y decirles que no lo había pedido ni lo necesitaba. El director estaba fuera todo el fin de semana, así que hablé con el personal, que eran agradables, para remitir mis quejas al director y ellos acordaron hacerlo y me enviaron un correo electrónico. No se oyó de él. Mejores lugares para permanecer en Pearsal. Este hotel suele aspirar."

"I go to a hotel to sleep on a decent bed. Everything else is secondary. The beds here are extremely soft pillow tops. This is not luxury for me. A temper pedi is my idea of luxury. I had to take the cushions off of the sofa and chair, place them on the floor and there I slept. The woman operating this place had no idea about the mattresses. Wow! I HAD A MISERABLE STAY AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Ok. So it's not posh, and it's not new, but it is clean, spacious, has a microwave and fridge and coffee pot in room. The woman who checked us in, and the man we spoke with later could not have been nicer or done any more to make our stay better. Great mattress and pillows. All for an incredibly cheap rate! We have paid 3 to 4 times as much and had worse service, worse sleeping conditions, and worse rooms overall. Highly recommend giving this place a try for a night of rest during a long trip"

"Staff was nice but room was not. Overall it was clean but that was the only bonus. Lamp broken, curtain pulled down and nasty stains on the carpet. Room is tired looking and definitely needs updating. Carpet needs to be burned. Bedding needs to be replaced. It looks like the staff are trying but they have a big challenge with these rooms. If you MUST stay here, I strongly suggest you check the room before paying and unpacking."

"My company has stayed in every hotel in Dilley Texas for over 4 months. This unique setup allowed us to quietly enjoy the campus for barbeques, odd work hours, billiards after work, wonderful laundry accommodations, and right off the freeway access. The campus is gated in with a very nice room set for kitchen and sleeping purposes. We had scientific equipment set up for analysis and recordation and there was plenty of receptacles and space to handle it. Cleanest rooms in Dilley. Quietest place as well. We will go back to the same place every chance we get."
