We booked a family room with two beds, but the room they allotted in that they said gyzer is not working. We were traveling with our aged mom and they then give us a room at 3rd floor and hotel is lacking lift! how can they ask an aged elderly woman to climb 3rd floor i don't have any idea! we tried to call makemytrip as well to cancel the booking, but as usual no help or guidance was available. Finally the hotel provided us 2 separate rooms. Also the hotel closes it's door at 10pm sharp with no one around the reception to open the doors. We and another family was late by 10 minutes and waited for long 40 minutes for them to open the door. Horrible experience ever faced in any hotel so far!
