The air and the fridge was freezing.the hot water was endless. the beds were super comfy even the hide a bed all the linens and towels smelled fresh clean . everything we asked for was supplied immediately .the morning coffee was excellent the blinds made room nice n dark all day if you wanted there is also a microwave and they will supply a coffee maker and cups . I felt really safe in this hotel and it was very well lit outside Sharito is the hostess with the mostest and all the other employees are also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

The Staff treats me very well, and are very helpful and friendly. The room, building, and grounds are clean. It's also pretty quiet and peaceful. Reasonable room rate. Good amenities like plenty of parking, the laundry room, vending machines, free Wi-Fi, and more...

I would give a half star, but I cannot. I've stayed here repeatedly but this will be my last time. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have been here, something major was wrong with the room. Garbage disposal not working, the microwave not working, the bathroom light not working, no shampoo in the bathroom, one small towel in the bathroom, water from the unit above coming through the bathroom vent like Niagara Falls, today, the TV doesn't work and apparently, no one can or will do anything about it. I can't get another room with a working TV, unless I'm willing to pay more. The rooms routinely smell bad and have not had routine maintenance in likely a decade. Yes, they're "cheap" to rent but you reach a point where it's just not worth it. This is the Extended Stay in Malvern, PA on 8 Swedesford Rd. Why stay in business, if this is the level of "quality" you are offering people? You'd be better off sleeping in your car.

This place has everything I need! The excellent quality of the room, the superior and friendly service just further confirm my opinion. To make it even better, there's tons of perks to learn about, the longer you stay! Finally, add the ONE block highway access with ZERO traffic: PERFECT. I appreciate the continuous shocks, learning new reasons for how amazing this place is, and how wonderful the whole staff have been to me.

I had a very bad experience of stay at this Extended Stay America, Philadelphia - Malvern - Swedesford Road on the night of Aug. 23, 2023. Besides what I paid usd115.98/room/night, the hotel even charged usd100.00 for reserving a room, which should be returned back to our credit card company. Secondly, right after having used my credit card at the hotel Aug 23 night, I believe the card info was not properly kept secret, since the card has been used to make 16 fraud purchases within less than 48 hours, which are under investigation.

I came to this hotel for a business CLC lodging reservation. Staff is friendly made me feel welcome nice size rooms, full kitchen, laundry facilities, grill for outside patio for outdoor seating. Hello plenty of parking vending machines dishes if you want to cook the whole 9 yards.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. Last time I stayed, the room looked clean, but I got eaten alive by bed bugs. Toiletries are occasionally missing. However, the workers are very kind and welcoming.

The front desk staff is awesome! Clean rooms Great value for the money! Rooms are large and all utilities included !!! Definitely great for families! Pets are welcome and I love the continental breakfast

Great place to stay pet friendly and good management and co workers very clean and good and friendly guest here it’s like staying in ur own home every one gets along here and helps out each person if u are looking for a great place to rest your head for a while this is the place
