Built in 2021 and located less than a ½ block from the Destin’s famous beach, Sundance offers super-close access to the Gulf, private (seasonally heated between October 1 and April 30) pool/spa and 7 spacious, designer-curated, farmhouse-chic bedrooms. Ready to hit the waves? Enjoy the short stroll to any of the six neighborhood beaches (that are far less crowded than our large public beaches). Or load up your cooler and beach toys in Sundance’s complementary 2022 six seater golf cart to visit any of the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and activities that are accessible from Sundance’s prime location along the Destin’s famous Scenic Gulf Drive. Not a worn out rental. Sundance features quartz counters, stainless appliances, designer furnishings, and premium mattresses ...all in a fun, farmhouse-chic style! Sundance offers two first floor king suites with private baths (ideal for mobility challenged Guests); three 2nd floor king suites with private full baths, one 2nd floor queen suite with adjoining bath and a 2nd floor bunk room that sleeps 6. That’s a massive sleeping capacity of 18, not including sofas. No need to drain your wallet on toy rentals. Sundance includes 2 paddleboards, and a brand new 6 seater golf cart to help make lifelong memories. And when you are ready to return home, cool off in Sundance’s pool Afterward, grill your fresh caught seafood in Sundance’s propane grill. Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Sundance. Sundance’s less-crowded community beaches are only a 3 minute walk down the sidewalk; and literally seconds away using Sundance’s included golf cart. Sundance is also less than 3 minute golf cart ride to our public regional beach access points (yep, the huge white beach accesses that you see in brochures); less than a mile from Destin Commons (our premiere shopping, entertainment and dining complex); only minutes away from our area's best oceanfront dining, grocery stores and more. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs. NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier. NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST. NOTE: If you would like to reserve VRBO more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks! NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited. NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Bliss during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions. NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. NOTE: The property has one security camera that faces the driveway. The camera is only capable of recording the exterior of the property (that is publicly visible anyway). There are no other cameras on the property NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund. NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart. NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Great Location and Home This house is nicely appointed for a large group. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. Our few small issues were resolved quickly. There is no pool privacy but it didn't really bother our group. All in all a great stay!

Beautiful home! Clean and Close to Beach Our leadership team had a 4-day retreat in this beautiful home. The house was spacious, and the bedrooms were nice size with bathrooms for each bedroom. We were within walking distance to the beach but had a golf cart, that came with the house, if we choose to ride. Excellent house and location for a retreat or a family vacation. Todd was great in responding quickly to any questions!

Fantastic experience This property was outstanding. As advertised. Plenty of room for 16 people. The pool and spa were amazing. Location is perfect. Short walk or take golf cart one block to beach. We had an issue with the grill and 4 hours later, we had a new grill. You can’t ask for any better than that.

Awesome Home For A Big Family! We had a large group stay at the house (16 folks) from 6 months to 75. The house was in immaculate condition. Big open kitchen and family area. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Pool was amazing. Golf cart came in handy for transportation to the beach even though it’s walking distance. Great neighborhood for family vacation. Host communication was great. Will be back!

Beautiful Home Spacious and accommodating home, but the sofas in the main living area were an "eye sore". They were draped with what looked like a white sheet or cover, probably to prevent stains. However, maybe darker covered furniture or leather would be more appealing to renters.

Ultra Premium Home This home was outstanding. I would describe the amenities as ultra-premium. We stayed at the property with young families and this place created a lot of core memories for our kids. Host was A+.

The Sundance had Plenty of room , very clean & close to the beach. The place was very clean. The beds were excellent quailty in all the rooms and very comfortable. With 5 different small family's, we had plenty of space. The pool was great. Even though the beach was a very short walk straight down the street, the golf cart made it great to haul lots of people with your chairs, umbrellas and coolers. We had a great time and the accomadations made it even better. Thanks for everything. Hope to see you again.

Love it!! We had an amazing time. Best rental owner experience. Very responsive and accommodating. Beautiful house, spacious rooms, perfect location. Our family loved it. First time to Destin and we all cannot wait to come back!
