This hotel is very beautifully appointed and well managed. My husband and I were gifted a hotel room by my brother in law and the hotel attendant had no issues with finding our reservation and explaining the layout of the hotel. Once in the room, I was pleased by the large fridge and microwave, along with the other standard features of a long-term stay room. The room was equally well laid out and modern. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of hot and cold foods to choose from like omelettes, sandwiches, egg bowls, oatmeal (with lots of topping options), cereal, fruit, and muffins. Juice, vice ex tea, and cocoa were also available. The location is right off the highway near many restaurants, shopping, and business parks. The only slight distractions was that one of the towels was frayed (holey) and the parking lot had a little bit of trash around. But overall, it was a pleasant experience.

For the amount of money they charge I expected at least a clean room. Sofa was stained terribly as was the carpet. Halls carpet was filthy. This hotel definitely needs to be updated. Won’t be visiting again.

I hope Hilton proudly values Patrick and team as excellent ambassadors! I appreciate his helpfulness from the moment we entered the lobby to when we waved goodbye (yes, we actually said goodbye because he is that nice!). Minor questions and concerns came up during our stay and Patrick handled each with grace and accountability. He is one of the few who have ever thanked me for being a Diamond member; something simple and so often overlooked. If ever in the south Dallas area, I will definitely stay here again. The property interior and exterior were clean, the lobby was tastefully decorated for the holidays, and the laundry room has 3 washers and 3 dryers.

I would NOT recommend this hotel if you plan on trying to get a good night of sleep and rest. We have reported the party going on above us and we were told (1) nothing could be done because no one else has complained and (2) the front desk staff can’t leave the front desk to ask the people doing the partying to stop. We have been here for 2 days and there has been a party both nights. There is no room service on the weekends, so if you want towels, you have to ask for them. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
