下午3點可辦入住。房間、衞生間面積大，但與房間比窗户小、對面是樓中其他房間的窗户沒有視野，窗户被鎖死無法打開，聯繫前台，説酒店所有窗户都打不開，但因為有換氣設施，住着沒有憋悶的感覺。床舒適乾淨。WiFi速度慢。位置靠近市中心，步行30分鐘到火車站。酒店服務態度差，預付款住3晚，因家中有急事，衹住了兩晚，多次與酒店協商，酒店不給退剩下1晚的預付房費。

酒店設施很新，入住的感覺很好，很安靜不吵，酒店的早餐非常豐盛，服務人員的態度讓人覺得很舒服，下次還會再入住

Typical Premier Inn room, comfortable, clean and a great bed. The main issue with this hotel is the parking. The hotel has none so they recommend a couple of local car parks where you can get preferential rates, but these are not easy to find your way in to, nor to find your way out of on foot having parked your car. The staff were not particularly forthcoming with information to assist with this either. A printed sheet with a map on it would've been much more helpful than a small poster with the postcodes on it, since the postcodes only get you somewhere near the car park. I'd also purchased the meal deal, i.e. the £10.99 breakfast, which if you add a two course dinner and one drink to it ends up at £26.99. Not too bad value, but to be fair, unless you're filling your boots at the breakfast buffet, £11 for a breakfast isn't that cheap. My wife had Weetabix and fruit, with a coffee, which wasn't worth £11. I had a regular sized cooked breakfast which I could've got from a local cafe for less. In short, typically great room, bed, pillows wifi etc. Poor parking. Average meals.

Lovely staff. I just wanted to say how welcoming the staff are here. I especially name Rylan because he multitasks,and always gives you Individual service which as a customer,makes you feel comfortable,and wanting to return. Nothing is too much bother. The reception is also clean and cosy.

Thought I'd give this place a go as I've never stayed in Derby before. Firstly and quite importantly, there is no car park - so you park your car in the nearby shopping centre (it's detailed on the Premier Inn website) and you get a discounted charge. The surroundings are really nice, on one side you have the bustling city centre, whilst on the other you have quite a stunning river. Loads of geese floating around and many other birds. Quite a nice walk along there as well to the Cathedral and a rather 'vibrant' city centre. If you fancy a pint or two, you're spoilt for choice. The room itself was fine, a bit smaller than usual in my opinion - but not too small. The bathroom was OK - although (and I don't know if this a new design that Premier Inn are doing), the door was a kind of semi translucent design. Not an issue for me but others it might be. I's stay there again, but only for one night.

Great customer service very helpful and accommodating, good value rooms with okay rates for the location.

The room was clean although I felt the bathroom floor could have been mopped. Only one bedside table which was a problem as had to put water on the floor for drink in the night. The cooked Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at a premier(couldn’t eat it), the chefs appeared to hate her job.
