Apart from the rude awakening of the fire alarm going off at 6.45am everything was excellent, comfortable, clean and in a good location for amenities.

Perfect for staying overnight after watching Sarah Millican at Derby Arena. Less than a 10 min walk. So relieved we stayed there after seeing the traffic queues to and from the arena.
2 min walk to Frankie & Benny’s for food. Excellent friendly service from everyone we met on reception. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Lovely and clean and modern. Decent price for rooms and parking. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location hotel itself is dated and I need of a refurb. Great service from Anthony he was courteous helpful and went above and beyond. The food prepared and served by Tanya was served hot, well presented and tasty. I would definitely stay there again.

De verdad que siempre hago mis reviews de cosas buenas y que me gustan pero en esta ocasión no es asi, Escogimos este hotel porque mi hijo tenia unas actividades en el Derby Arena y quedaba super cerca, pero al llegar al hotel me encuentro tipo 4pm me encuentro con que la habitación basicamente no estaba hecha, habiamos reservado una habitación familiar y la cama de mi hijo por ningún lado, la cama de nosotros sin arreglar, no habian toallas, ni secador, ni las cucharitas por si querias revolver el café. Cuando mi esposo va a la recepcion a decir que no estaba la cama de mi hijo, su respuesta fue que buscara debajo de la cama de nosotros que ahi la encontraba, y lo que habia era una simple colchoneta, luego le tocó volver a bajar por la sabana y los tendidos de cama, en fin... no voy a seguir, pienso que ellos no habian arreglado en si la habitacion; afortunadamente fue solo una noche. Lo unico que nos dijo el encargado fue que no pagaramos el parking por el incidente que habia pasado.

It was lovely the staff are very helpful me and my partner stayed in a standard plus room the view was nice it was lovely I would definitely stay again and tell friend and family if they need somewhere to stay in derby top marks there doing it up looks lovely 😌

I had a terrible experience with this hotel’s booking system and customer service. My online reservation didn’t go through, yet I was still charged. When I arrived at reception, the staff couldn’t resolve the issue or even book me a room—I had to call their support line myself, which cost me £6. To make matters worse, I reached out via email through their help section and never received a response. The lack of assistance and poor communication made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on their awful customer service.

Booked weeks in advance then got email 4 days before arrival to say bar/restaurant closing for refurbishment from the Monday (Wednesday night stay.) This must have been known when booking was made and I could have booked an alternative Travelodge instead if I'd known. I have stayed there previously and the room itself was fine but the traffic noise from 5.30am woke me with the windows closed.

Warm , pleasant, inviting,and very helpful staff. Great price , very clean indeed. Loved the shower, and the massive fluffy towels, will stay again for deffo, very convenient for places to get food drink and shops. Thanks for a great nights stay.
