friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with modern amenities and comfortable rooms. The location is also excellent, being conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. One of my favourite Premier Inns. Always spotless, nice staff and has a great central position but enough steps away from any noise to be a great base for a break. Pub and food options nearby including the new Market Hall which is mainly a food court to be honest.

Amazing room, amazing staff and amazing location. Kayleigh and her team make this place a home from home. Breakfasts are just what you need to kick start your day. The room and bed are comfortable and the rooms are silent… what more could you ask for. Staff are friendly and do their best to accommodate all your needs.

We love the Thyme Restaurant excellent breakfast and staff always so friendly go out of their way to look after us - we visit every Saturday and have done now for almost 2 years and love the choices for breakfast so wonderfully prepared and displayed on the bar well done and many more visits to come

The service was excellent and the rooms very clean. Dinner was very good and the breakfast options excellent. It is in the centre of Derby so shopping and food within walking distance. The only thing that lets it down is the lack of onsite parking, parking is available nearby but you have to pay, it's is £7.50 for a day and in the nearest car park there is only about 30 spaces

The bed was unbelievably comfy and the staff lovely when checking in and walking around the hotel, saying good morning/good evening etc. Buses were very accessible with less than a five minute walk to the bus station and the City Centre right on the door step :)

The whole hotel smelled like vomit, from the entrance, the corridors, the lifts, and the rooms. All I can guess is a dirty mop or cloths had been used to clean up sick and not disposed of or cleaned properly afterwards, and was then used throughout the hotel. We stayed one night and the smell persisted the entire time. We passed on breakfast as we couldn’t face it due to the smell.
