En invierno, me encanta tomar el sol en el pequeño balcón de la habitación y contemplar el lago y las montañas. Servicio: Todos los empleados del hotel son muy cálidos y amables, especialmente el ama de llaves Sasa, que ha recibido elogios de cinco estrellas🌟. Antes del check-in, Sasa se comunicó con nosotros para presentarnos el ambiente y las instalaciones del hotel y también nos ayudó a mejorar la habitación. Durante nuestra estadía, recibimos mensajes diarios para recordarnos sobre el clima y los arreglos de actividades. Nos ayudamos atentamente a hacer reservas de comida y preparamos recuerdos para nosotros. Muchas gracias Sasa por tu ayuda para hacer que nuestros tres días aquí sean más cómodos y agradables.

Mi experiencia en Naked Castle fue espectacular. El personal fue cálido y amable. Especialmente Johnson, que es el anfitrión más amable. Se aseguró de que mi viaje transcurriera sin contratiempos y me recibió con una hospitalidad brillante. Our stay at Naked Castle Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The hotel itself is extraordinary, beautifully designed with unique rooms that blend luxury, comfort, and nature perfectly. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, even down to the wonderfully fragrant bath amenities that left a lasting impression on us. What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. The reception staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Nadia from the restaurant was especially communicative, informative, and always eager to help with recommendations and assistance. Willa was equally warm and professional, making every interaction pleasant and memorable. Manager Lily stood out with her quick responsiveness, kindness, and excellent leadership that could clearly be felt throughout the resort. We also truly appreciated the buggy driver who served shuttle service around the property, helpful, and ready to assist, adding another layer of comfort to our stay. Unfortunately, it rained during our arrival, which was a little disappointing because we had hoped to explore more of the beautiful surroundings and outdoor experiences the resort has to offer. Even so, the cozy atmosphere and outstanding hospitality still made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Naked Castle is not just a hotel, but an experience filled with beautiful surroundings, thoughtful details, and heartfelt service. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return again in the future.

The highlight of our stay was hands-down the majestic scenery. We were treated to the best view of the sunrise imaginable, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a view every morning—a truly serene way to start the day. The service staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the activities on site and appreciated the convenience of the free shuttle service to visit their sister resort. If you're seeking tranquility, spectacular views, and a memorable luxury getaway, the Naked Castle Hotel is highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at the Naked Castle resort. The views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the entire property feels like a perfect escape from the noise of the city. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every part of the resort feels carefully thought out and well maintained. A special shout-out to Alice Ma at Naked Bites — she was genuinely one of the highlights of the trip. Her service was warm, attentive, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her friendly energy really made the dining experience special. She is an absolute star and a credit to the resort.

Beautiful summer escape from the city heat to beautiful cool Moganshan mountains. The castle is amazing, exquisite scenery, and plenty of activities and hikes in the bamboo forests. Great restaurant options and really friendly, helpful staff.

Very personable service with attention to detail, staff is helpful and friendly and takes initiative. I feel welcome and supported. Excellent service Consider having a gym and more activities  Restaurant food - extremely delicious, esp the Chinese restaurant at the castle :)
