Not a good experience. It's in an old, run down, bad neighborhood, no amenities within walking distance. They've set up a designated smoking area right where guests park to check in. Cigarette butts laying all over the ground, filthy ashtrays, and people sitting around drinking beer and smoking ****. Upon arriving at the room, it wasn't cleaned. Trash in the garbage can, and the bedding had not been changed out. Pillowcases were badly wrinkled, top sheet not even tucked in, and spots / stains on the fitted sheet and comforter. I had to call in housekeeping and ask they remake the bed and clean the room, to which they argued that it was clean enough, then started speaking in Spanish thinking I wouldn't understand them. I had to force the issue and demand the room be cleaned and the bed remade. Nine-story hotel, with old and slow elevators. They lock the stairwell doors, forcing guests to use them-and it's SLOW. I forgot something in the room when I checked out. Called three times over three days asking about it. On all three calls, the person said they'd check lost and found and return my call. They never did. After three attempts, I gave up. As far as I'm concerned, someone of their staff either threw it out, or stole it. As a side note, Priceline promotes this place as being a "downtown" hotel. It's not. It's over three miles from downtown, and not walkable as the neighborhoods you have to go through to get downtown are very run down and sketchy.
