Our spacious four-bedroom holiday home provides all you need for a memorable vacation with your family or friends. It's the perfect sanctuary for those seeking peace and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently close to numerous city attractions. Enjoy Texas like few get to experience—creating lasting memories with loved ones! The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: *All bedrooms are on first floor* - Primary Bedroom - King Bed - Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed - Bedroom 3 - Two Queen Beds - Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed and Bunk Bed (3 Beds Total) All Linens and towels provided. (POOL TOWELS NOT PROVIDED) Our kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area and breakfast nook. - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking. Perfect place for small gathering with your family. - Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Pool : - NO HEATED- Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. Please notice that the pool and kiddie pool are not heated The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. - Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly.
