Excellent home, very comfortable, and great communication with owner This was such a perfect find for us! It was minutes from family, beautiful and comfortable as advertised, and Eric was professional and communicative. I will definitely look for this when I’m Denton again!

Great place! Host was very communicative and accommodating. Clean and well-appointed. Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Reasonably priced.

We rented the property for TWU graduation, while the house was well laid out for a family and in a great location. However, our adventure started with NO communication from the owner with how to access the house. So a long call with ******* that ended with conferencing in the owner, who provided the code. We asked for him to still send the welcome letter which he never did. So after hours in the car we tried to settle in only to find out only 4 towels were provided for a place that supposedly sleeps 8. The next morning we discovered that there is NO HOT WATER and one of the toilets ran all the time!!! 2 days later (the afternoon before we leave) the hot water system was repaired (but the toilet was still running). While the owner communicated it was spotty and included a text after we left asking about a missing remote (could have been viewed as accusing but I am trying to not taking it that way).

Overall great stay! Everything was as advertised in the listing. The house is well stocked, clean, and conveniently located. Thank you, Eric!

Father Eric is an amazing host, he met us when we checked in and showed us everything and gave us his personal contact information. I would highly recommend him and this property. The amenities and everything that comes with this property are second to none. 100% satisfaction, Thank you Eric
