The first level features a living room with a gas fireplace, dining room, full bathroom (shower/tub) and a fully equipped kitchen, and a lofty sunroom with entertainment center overlooking the spacious back deck. The first level also has a queen-sized bedroom. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with two queen beds and a crib and rocking chair, the other with a king bed and a toddler bed. Upstairs also has a half bathroom. Outside there is a gas grill for BBQs, and an enclosed outdoor shower. Amenities include access to wireless internet and a dishwasher, central air/ heat and washer/dryer. We also store a ton of beach gear in the outdoor shed for your access and enjoyment! Please note that duvet covers, blankets, bath towels and hand towels are provided, but guests need to bring their own sheets. Other notes: Household occupancy is 10 people max, but please note there are only sleeping arrangements for 8 adults and 2 children provided (1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 crib and 1 toddler bed).
