Very relaxing break at this establishment. The rooms (not sure about the glass doors to the toilet facilities though!!) were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The spa/wellness facilities were very good with different levels of heat/minerals in the pools. It was described as having 17 pools, but in reality it less but larger pools are sectioned, but this of course is not an issue. There were buffet menus for breakfast and dinner (2 sittings I believe last one at7pm). The food was varied and tasty. If you think however you require snacks outside breakfast/dinner please bring with you as I didn’t notice anywhere available on site to buy anything. There is a bar however on site for coffee, drinks and there was an ice cream freezer too, and also a bit of live entertainment for the guests whilst I was there.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The food was delicious. The wellness is big and clean. The kids really liked the pools. There were children's programs almost all day. Nice and calm environment.

The illuminated Salt Hill is breathtaking at night, but the hotel's services fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, our room lacked some essentials, and the view was unfortunately marred by an overgrown green roof with weeds. We even saw a neighboring room with a full-grown pine tree outside the window — at least that was more attractive than the dry weeds! There were no mosquito screens on the windows, which was frustrating, especially during a stink bug infestation. When we requested cleaning, only the towels were replaced, but there was no sign of actual cleaning in the room. Downstairs, the spa didn’t offer even a small locker for guests, even upon request, which made it inconvenient to keep going up from the spa to our room on the fifth floor.To make matters worse, none of the clocks were synchronized, with time differences of up to 15 minutes between them — and they hadn’t even been updated for daylight savings. This caused a lot of unnecessary confusion and frustration. The pool area supervisors also didn’t address children jumping into a non-jumping pool, which was disruptive. The room’s furnishings were dated and somewhat low-cost, like relics from the late socialist era. Everything had a layer of dust, especially ornate areas like the table legs, which seemed neglected. The glass doors on the bathroom and toilet offered zero privacy and allowed every sound through. Dinner was overly salty, while breakfast lacked seasoning. Both the coffee machines and the juice dispenser were never in working order at the same time during breakfast.

The hotel is great. The spa is very nice. The inly problem is that most of the elevators were out of order during our stay.

Összességében hatalmas csalódás volt, pláne az árakat figyelembe véve. Amennyiben jól tudom mostanában volt felújítva a hotel, ehhez képest a liftek nem működtek, a közös területek gyatrán kivitelezettek voltak. A szobában a tisztaság hagyott kívánni valót maga után, ahogyan a képeken is látszik. A reggeli és a vacsora egy 3 csillagos hotel szintjét hozta. Egyedüli pozitívum a nagyon sok féle medence, amelyek kellemes hőmérsékletűek. All in all, massive disappointment, especially considering the prices. As far as I know the hotel was recently refurbished, yet the elevators didn't work, common areas were poorly done. The room wasn't the cleanest as you can see in the pictures. The food was on the level of an average 3 star hotel. Only positive was the high number and quality of pools, which all had nice temperatures.

Had fantastic time in this resort in November. We had a company event where almost 150+ people had gathered together here for a few days and we all had a blast! Great location, perfect scenery from the hotel, and excellent SPA, great food (Hungarian!) and very helpful and patient staff.
