While the home is equipped for 4 people we think the perfect group size is 2. We are happy to host all 4 but keep in mind it will be cozy. It has Wi-Fi, a SmartTV in the living room. Basic cable is available through Spectrum and a Roku set on guest mode for your streaming convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator and apartment size range, gas grill and barbeque tools.
