El sheriff fue tan amable de llevarme a mis clases y señaló cómo llegar al juego Falcons. Es amigable, amable y siempre sonriendo. El escritorio delantero, valets, guardaespaldas y otros agentes también son excelentes. Fue agradable ser saludado en mi regreso. This hotel was very clean because it is a new hotel. The amenities were nice. Beautiful picture on tv and a lot of space to store your clothing. However, check in was terrible. The man at the desk was frustrated with checking us in. In the middle of checking my dad and I into our separate rooms, he decided to check in three other people. My dad and I looked at each other in disbelief that he would forget we were standing there after a crazy trip there. I had a flat tire and trying to locate somewhere close to get a tire for my car was difficult. The donut that was put on my car was flat also. So, my dad and I was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. So, for this man to check in three other people saying we got on his nerves, was so disrespectful. I couldn’t understand the frustration when we had just got there. Maybe he needs a break. I do not know!!!😔

The property is so convenient! It's located next to everything. Rooms are really nice, beds are so comfy, plush amenities and the bar is amazing! I haven’t experienced any noise levels during my four times staying here. The staff is so awesome and attentive. I feel very comfortable all around. I've only had one complaint, which wasn’t a huge deal. I arrived extremely early, around 10 am due to my plane schedule being changed, and I was given a room that wasn’t as clean as I'd grown accustomed to on the property. They switched me to something fabulous when it was ready and I had no issues. It was perfect in every way. The Manager called me the next day addressed the situation and made it right. I was already completely satisfied but him taking time to check on me has made me a loyalist to this property! The only thing that would need to be adjusted, service-wise, is the approach to breakfast. My Mother and friend let me know that they asked about accessing a Microwave to warm their leftovers and both times were told that ”it's not our brand to do microwaves”. They both felt shunned and that makes me sad because I've only had exceptional experiences here but this is my Mom, so I must mention it. We went to the JW Marriott the next day and microwaves were brought and installed into her room, so I'm not sure why AC would position it like that. For me, the Microwave isn’t an issue but if you need one when traveling, call ahead for clarity. Overall, I'd still recommend this property without a doubt! They told me this after I'd spoken to the hotel manager and I'm absolutely sure he would have addressed this had he known. I'll be back next month!

Excellent customer service again in March 2024, following visit in November 2023. Special ”shout out” again in applause for two front desk workers: Tianna and Noya - sisters from Jamaica. Job well done. The custodian service was also good. Nice to meet new manager who was also very friendly and helpful. The ongoing construction project was sometimes noisy and distracting but over-all okay experience.

Mi experiencia en Hilton fue sorprendente y dulce empleados respetuosos me ayudaron con todo lo que necesito muy amable y me aseguró que estaba satisfecho con mi habitación ... me preguntó si necesitaba algo cada vez que me vieron . Mi habitación era muy limpia y tenía todo lo que necesito n allí recomendaría este hotel cualquier día gratis desayuno caliente cada mañana cocineros duros mantiene al huésped feliz y lleno ... el trabajador que trabaja en la gente de la reserva frontal en Ella es hermosa y muy bonita, ella se asegura de que tienes todo lo que necesitas antes de ir a tu habitación ... cualquiera que pase por esa puerta habla y ofrece agua o snack ... ella es muy buena en su trabajo
