Not going with Online booking. Charged again and that too with higher rates than my online payment. So, one should not make an online booking of this hotel. They refused my payment made online through Yatra portal. Yatra issued me a booking id after my payment to them.

Room was dirty. Bedsheet pillow covers n blanket was smelly. Toilet was too small we were not able to stand there properly. That's why we check out one day before n shifted to other hotel room. We asked them to refund money for on day but they didn't refund a single penny

The room and bathroom are very small. Cockroaches are roaming in the bathroom. Tv is not working. The bedsheets are not clean

There are very less restaurants for vegetarian people and also transport facility was also not so good. The service of the hotel people was good but the food was not enough to satisfy a person's need according to bill

I have booked my room through mm t after that i reached the location and they denied hotel management without checking saying to me there is no booking by mmt even i have done full payment. After lots of arguments they accepted about my booking
