We booked this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days for MAP plan .. When we saw the room we thought that it would be a nice and comfortable stay starting from food to stay by unfortunately it was so not that way. We were meant to get breakfast and lunch/dinner buffet where we opted for dinner , but in breakfast we were only served 2-3 dishes whereas buffet itself means variety of food , in dinner we were not served buffet instead we were told that when the hotel has less capacity of guests ( when their is less booking of guests ) we do not serve buffet , they said us to choose a la carte from the menu.. We thought okay no problem but atleast we thought we will get good food but.. The food was uncooked. The chicken was cold from inside it was so hard to chew, we told the manager about this , he said the meat cannot be soft as everything is frozen.. It was so spicy, we said this to F&B manager, he said that he’ll tell kitchen staff to add cream in that….. The rice was uncooked, dal tasted very bad , it was giving foul smell. Mutton was so bad , very very uncooked , it was not fresh at all We were only given excuses for everything. Over hyped accordingly to their price. Will never want to return to this property again .Our money is fully wasted. So expensive stay with pathetic food and disgusting experience.. So unethical and irritating experience for us ..
