Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa

I am extremely relaxing, stay at Hyatt. The biggest highlight was the temperature control heated pool. The views from the property are excellent. They are beautiful jogger track. Another highlight, was excellent and smart recreational team of Mr RJ and Baltej bhai. Because of them, we were able to plan our recreational trips to Rajaji National Park, Local zoo., Robbers cave. Etc. The pool guy Mr. Kabir I guess was awesome in his service in providing required stuff for the little one for swimming. Forgot the person at the spa, one ******* from ********* was also excellent. At the front desk Jamal bhai, neha ben, Shubham bhai, manoj bhai were excellent. Jai veer bhai managed the cars and we had excellent people like Mohanbhai and raju ji and babu ji taking us through the mountains. For food pradeep ji and naveen ji took care of us with anurag bhai. They made amazing arrangements for all our request for food specially for the little one. Mr. Ram was excellent in service at Beyul. The team leader annupriya ji was responsible for the overall excellent stay. They all went the extra inch to make our vacation memorable and words can’t do justice to them.

Had an amazing experience at this resort! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A perfect spot to relax and unwind—highly recommended!

The hotel is quite a distance away from the Dehradun airport, but the warmth and hospitality of the staff makes up for everything. The view from the hotel is beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. We felt truly cared for and walked away very impressed with the level of proactive involvement that each and every member of the staff demonstrated during our stay. It felt like they were not just doing "a job", but were genuinely interested in giving each guest a great experience. Well done Hyatt - your team at the Hyatt Regency is top notch!

The food, the chefs, the front desk staff, the spa, the interiors, the activities, the room, the locations, the beautiful lobby, the views, everything at this hotel was top notch. My wife and I went here to see Dehradun and Mussoorie, and the staff made this a magical stay. From the "Pahari hats" when we arrived to the snacks for the road and the good bye banner, to Chef Mohit "setting" my breakfast buffet plate to turn every morsel into something sublime...this was an unforgettable experience.

The hotel in town is the best! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, the menu is delicious, and the Indian hospitality is exceptional. The hotel manager and many of the staff members go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Live events were also a delightful addition. The location is fantastic, with stunning natural beauty nestled between the hills. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the location.

The hotel in located at the best area.All sight seeing place are near to this hotel. Hotel has a lot of activities happening through out the day.Checkin experience was awesome with a vey nice local cap offered on checkin.Evening aarti was awesome with some hi tea for all the hotel guests. Housekeeping did a fantastic job,When we returned back from the trip they had refreshed the room and placed very nice novels for kids,That was amazing.Breakfast server was very attentive and has looked after very well on both the days.He was very helpful and caring.Kudos to the entire hotel team for all there hard-work they have done to make us comfortable here. Must Visit place !!!!! Will surely travel again
