Well located and well maintained hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Food is good. Breakfast spread is ok, but could be improved. Nice and polite staff. Enjoyed the stay.

I stayed for 2 days and must say, it is good property with this such good budget. Rooms are neat and clean and give you prime stay feeling. Staff is polite and helpful, specially the manager rajiv is really great. You can give it a try.

My partner and I got married at this hotel, and we couldn't have asked for a better place for our function. Here are some things that stood out: 1. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and accommodating, always responding positively to every request we made. 2. The staff was also very forthcoming and involved in our function. They helped us out by providing valuable contacts and suggestions, which made our wedding preparation and execution seamless. 3. The food was fantastic! Despite their diverse tastes, our families (hailing from Uttarakhand and Maharashtra) thoroughly enjoyed each and every meal. 4. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and thoughtfully designed. 5. The main hall and the ground behind it were clean and spacious, allowing us to carry out our wedding functions with comfort and ease. All in all, our experience here was *grand* indeed. Be it for personal stays or family functions, if you are looking for a hotel in Dehradun, The Pearl Grand is the place to be.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience staying at a hotel and i feel compelled to share my feedback to prevent others from encountering similar issues. During my stay, i encountered multiple problems that made my experience far from enjoyable. Firstly, despite being promised complimentary early check-in, i was charged for it. This was a clear breach of trust and a deceptive practice. Furthermore, the room lacked proper lighting, making it uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The cleanliness standards were shockingly low, with the room being dirty and poorly maintained. To add to my frustration, the hotel's false commitments regarding compensation were particularly infuriating. I was told that complimentary services would be provided to make up for the inconvenience, but instead, i was overcharged rs 130 for a cup of coffee. This kind of dishonesty and overcharging is unacceptable. Given the subpar experience i had, i kindly request a refund for the early check-in charges and the overpriced coffee. It is only fair that i am reimbursed for these unnecessary expenses, considering the false promises and poor service i encountered.

During my recent business trip to dehradun, i stayed three nights in a third-floor room at a property. I was delighted with the cleanliness of the spacious rooms, including the linens and towels. The housekeeping service was also excellent, and i appreciated their attention to detail. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and cooperative, always ready to assist with any queries. Overall, i had a great stay and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting dehradun.
