In walking distance (4-6 min walk) are: -Park with Basketball court and football field -Plaza with spa's, sushi restaurant, smoke shop, gym etc. -Fast food restaurants (Dunkin, McDonalds, Wendy's) Less than 2 miles drive is everything you need, my favorites include: -The Deerfield Beach with the boardwalk and the chill/surfer downtown area -The Cove shops which has mostly local mom & pop shops and restaurants (favs: Modern Rose, Sticky Buns, La Val De Loire, Casa Maya, brewery, bar on the canal Also, the cottage is located in an area that has a city service called FreeBee which is a FREE ride service that picks you up and drops you off from the house in a Tesla anywhere in Deerfield.
