酒店位置很好，旁邊就是一個商業購物中心，餐館超市都很齊全。就是衞生間相對較小。

What a joke. Canceled reservation to house migrants because the State has no limits on pricing. They give them free food and shelter and citizens including veterans do;t have a place to stay and reduces overall rooms in the area so price goes up. What a joke. Greedy hotel housing undocumented migrants, 235 elm st is Fairfield Marriott. Never stay with them.

This hotel was awful. There were ANTS in the room and there were wet towels left in the refrigerator when we first walked in the room. The air in the whole place was damp and the halls were sprayed with excessive, overpowering air freshener to mask the mold smell. The ceiling had patches from leaks. We did not expect luxury, but at least the rooms should be basically sanitary and well serviced. It felt like you would get a disease from this place. I would never stay here again, even for FREE. Total waste of money and unpleasant experience.

I booked three rooms (in February!) for my fathers 80th Birthday party on September 23. . Family traveled from afar to attended . Boston area hotels book up quickly and they are expensive. I received an email on SEPTEMBER 13 that my rooms were CANCELED. NO explanation/instructions or offer to help re book. I called the hotel directly and a man told me that all reservations were canceled. “The cancellation is to house the migrants “. “The state took us over” The state doesn’t “take over “ with out an agreement from the hotel. I called Marriot Bonvey and they re booked me in another hotel and I had to pay more !!!! No reply from Marriot. No reply from the Fairfield Inn. No apologies (although they said I received an apology in email which I did not). I can’t believe the poor way in which this hotel and Marriot hotels treated us and the very bad position they put us in. And then blamed the state. So our taxes are paying for the higher end hotels for migrants AND I had to pay more myself for my family to have housing. This is crazy.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. This place should not carry the Marriott name. It was dirty and disgusting and the smell in the halls and room was atrocious. It was like a motel room that is rented by the hour. We could not leave as we had 4 littles that were exhausted so we stayed but please do not take your family to this place.

Absolutely horrible smells the permeate the rooms, hallways, and elevator, broken plugs, broken ice machines, not clean, and horrendous decor. This is a super 8 with Marriott’s prices. Stay away if you are expecting the experience of a Marriott!
