Ausblick durch Baugerüst verstellt
Leider stimmten die auf der Webseite von FeWoDi gezeigten Fotos überhaupt nicht mit der Realität überein. Bei der Ankunft war die gesamte Hausseite zum Meer hin mit einem Baugerüst verstellt. Während der zwei Wochen Aufenthalt wurde dort dann auch gearbeitet, sodass man Leute vor dem Balkon hatte. Auf Grund der Baumaßnahmen war dieser dann auch nicht möbliert. Das war schon ein ziemlicher Schock. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich auf Nachfragen vollkommen uneinsichtig und war auch nicht zu einem Nachlass bereit. FeWoDi hatte versucht zu vermitteln, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Ich hätte eine Vorabinformation über die Situation vor Ort erwartet, dann hätten wir nicht gebucht. So haben wir uns an den Kosten für die Bauarbeiten beteiligt. Die Arbeiten gehen laut Aussage von Nachbarn bis Juli an allen Fassaden des Hauses weiter. Nicht empfehlenswert.

pire que l'année dernière
Nous connaissons déjà l'appartement de l'année dernière.
rien ne s'est amélioré, juste empiré. La propreté laisse à désirer. Il y a bien d’autres choses qui ne vont pas aussi. L'emplacement est génial, la maison et le garage sont bien. La Gardienne compétente et serviable. Il n'y a aucun engagement pour le client : le grille-pain était défectueux (toujours en court-circuit), cela a été signalé, et un remède a été promis. Au bout de 10 jours, rien ne s'était passé. Nous sommes désolés pour l'emplacement, mais nous ne réserverons plus l'appartement.

Merveilleux !!!
L'appartement est tout simplement MAGNIFIQUE !!! Au-delà de nos attentes !!! La vue est extraordinaire, l'emplacement idéal, nous ne pouvions rêver mieux ! La communication avec Christine était top, elle fut très arrangeante concernant les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour ! Nous reviendrons, cela ne fait aucun doute !!!

Panoramablick entschädigt für kleine Defizite
gepflegtes Haus, hilfsbereite Consierge, großer Tiefgaragenplatz, toller Blick auf das Strand-/Meer-/ Le Havre-Panorama und die Perlenkette von Schiffen am Horizont! Gut und funktional eingerichteter Wohnraum mit schrecklichem ausgefransten Pseudotierfellteppich unter dem Essglastisch, Lampen über dem Tisch seitlich versetzt mit Kopfnussgefahr. Elektrogeräte in der kleinen Küche modern, keine Gebrauchsanleitungen, Tiefkühlfach komplett vereist. Man schläft nach hinten in niedrigen Betten sehr ruhig und gut. 1 Minibad mit gut funktionierender Dusche: wo geht das Wasser hin bei den undichten und schmutzigen Fugen? Größeres Bad mit Duschwanne und leicht schräg benutzbarer Toilette. Preis/Leistung ist dem teuren Niveau von Deauville angemessen. Wir würden wieder buchen
