2025 UPDATE The best deck on the beach has reopened. We enlarged the pool deck resulting in more sun and less shade for our sunbathers. The spa is double the size of the original spa and the new seawall and glass pool fencing offer stunning beach and ocean views. We have added new Adirondack Chairs, pic-nic tables, umbrellas, two shower stations and a new direct access gate from the parking garage improving access to our pool deck and the beach ramp. Our building underwent a thorough engineering inspection and report by both an independent Engineering Firm as well as the Volusia County Building Inspector immediately after the hurricanes of 2022 and has been deemed safe and not at risk.
