Important Building Update: Exterior Painting Project (May 2025 – Fall 2025) Our building is undergoing a scheduled exterior painting project beginning May 2025, with an estimated duration of 6–8 months. This is routine maintenance completed every 10 years to keep the property in excellent condition. Current Progress & Schedule 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 10, 11 units are completed. (This is an 03) Stack 07: September 11 – October 11, 2025 Stack 08: September 25 – October 25, 2025 Stack 09: October 11 – November 11, 2025 Please note: During this 08/09 phase, the pool will be partially closed during working hours for safety. What to Expect: Work is quiet — no loud construction noise. Each stack of units takes about 2–3 weeks, but timing is weather dependent. They are doing 2 stacks at once. Balcony Access: Furniture comes inside. You may go out on balconies when before working hours or after working hours. We can provide camping chairs so that you may use the balcony during those off hours but those chairs will need to be brought in and out. Cannot go out while active wet paint or work is being done. Pro Tip Before Booking Message us prior to reserving for the most current timeline update. ______________________________________________________________ THE UNIT: This is a beautiful sunset view 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit with breathtaking views of the sunset (no ocean view). This unit features a gourmet chef inspired kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and every piece of cookware your heart could desire to make you feel right at home. There is also Weber electric grill on the balcony for anyone who likes to grill while on vacation. The dining area has a bar top with seating for 3 and a high top dining table with seating for 6. This unit features a huge master suite with a king bed and master bathroom with a large walk in shower, a large garden tub, His / Her sinks, and a private entrance to the balcony. Inside the master suite is a large smart TV with cable, walk in closet, and a futon. In the second bedroom, it boasts a double bed with a twin over full bunk bed (sleeping 5 to this room is possible). There is also a large flat screen tv with cable, and a private entrance to the balcony and the guest bathroom. The living room features a matching couch/loveseat combo and an accent chair. There is a 55” flat screen cable smart tv in the living room as well as a balcony entrance. The balcony has gorgeous views of the sunset and the intracoastal waterway where you can gather with your friends and family in the extremely comfy outdoor furniture. ***AMENITIES*** The complex boasts a beautiful oceanfront fitness center complete with cardio equipment that has little TV's attaches, full lifting equipment, and a hot sauna. There is a sun porch with patio seating for over 12 guests on the western sun side. The oceanfront community room has enough seating for multiple families and features a 70” flat screen tv with cable and a billiards table. There is a conference center with A printer for those of you who work while on vacation. The pool is a 80 ft. heated infinity pool overlooking the ocean and on the opposite end Is an infinity jacuzzi for those who enjoy the spa life. This undoubtedly one of the most beautiful units in all of Daytona Beach. The condominium itself is the most luxurious Daytona beach has to offer. Come spend your vacation with us!! - Not an oceanfront unit (no ocean view). This unit is a sunset unit *****OTHER THINGS TO NOTE***** Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25) 1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO. CHECK IN: 4pm-8pm EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available. (If the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know) LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest. ** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50 ** 12am+: $100 PARKING: ~ ONE garage spot with 6'7ft clearance guaranteed. ~ ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots in the lower garage (6'7ft) for a second vehicle (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available) ~ If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations. ~ NO THIRD VEHICLES. ~ NO TRAILERS. ~ NO OUTDOOR PARKING ON SITE. PET: One pet max 20lb weight limit No aggressive breeds Need up to date vet records showing rabies $150 pet fee KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace. STARTER SUPPLIES: We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need. CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am __________________________ HOUSE RULES: 1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building) 2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit. 3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings. 4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit. 5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying. 6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. 7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave. 8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay). 9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this) 10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both. 11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out. 12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost. 13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building) 14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available. 15. Checkout is 10am. 16. 10/10 We loved our stay here! The location is great, within walking distance for restaurants/groceries and being right on the beach made it very convenient. Huge perk was the heated pool, our kids loved swimming even on the days it felt a bit cool out. The condo had all the amenities we needed and was very clean.

Daytona Turkey Run 2023 This was our second time staying in this unit. The unit is as pictured and the kitchen is stocked with anything you could need to cook with. The access to the beach is currently blocked off as the Condo has not yet repaired it from storm damage so you have to walk outside to the general beach access instead of from the pool area.
