• This fabulous two bedroom, two bathroom unit offers 2,097 square feet of living area, plus an additional 450 square feet of outdoor living space on the covered wrap around balcony.
• A private residence featuring exquisite furnishings and accessories, large gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with cookware, utensils, small appliances, separate dining area for 6, and large living room with a flat screen TV that has cable, as well as high-speed wireless internet throughout the home, and balcony access.
• Master bedroom suite with king size bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, wall mounted TV with cable, as well as direct balcony access. Large master bath with dual head shower, garden tub, and his and her vanities/sinks

*Late check in fee will apply after 8 PM-$50 after 12 AM-$100 . Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

Great stay/location
This was a great spot for a week long trip we had with multiple families. If we come back to Daytona we'll totally stay here again.

Great condo!!
My husband and I were here for a month. We got to meet the owner who was fantastic! She gave us great dining options. This condo is huge for 2 bedrooms. Awesome cooking ware and all the utensils and spices you need. Chairs for the beach & towels. Pool is nice also. We look forward to going back next year.

The best sunset in Daytona
Elite property on Daytona Beach. Perfect condo to escape the chaos of bike week and enjoy the sunset above the noise and completely chilled. Comfortable beds and great amenities.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time staying here with our family. The condo was spacious and laid out well. There was a bed space for each person (no cots, blowups, etc). The kitchen had plenty of space for meal prep and presentation. There is plenty of cooking utensils for food prep and dinnerware for eating (not so many bowls for prepared food, coffe mugs, or unbreakable cups for younger children). The TV programming was great for all ages (2-senior adults). There are plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and toys to use. The view was beautiful (sunsets, the river, and lightening). We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures. You can't see the ocean but there is a river view, and the sunsets are gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again.
