«I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I made the reservation about one month in advance, and the payment was charged according to the policy just 2–3 days before check-in, which felt very convenient and reassuring. The rate was around 2,xxx THB per night, offering excellent value for the overall experience. Although the staff were not fluent in English, it was hardly an issue at all. With the help of translation applications, communication was smooth and effortless, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness spoke louder than words. The bed deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. Waking up to the view was another highlight; the scenery was simply breathtaking, easily a 10/10, and made every morning feel calm, refreshing, and almost cinematic. Breakfast was served in a traditional Chinese style, offering a delightful opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors. It was a comforting and authentic way to start the day, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of the stay. Overall, this hotel delivered far beyond expectations — a harmonious blend of comfort, value, and memorable moments that made the entire stay truly special.»

«Super nice hotel to stay in Xiling Snow Mountain, just next to the 2nd cable car! Staff is super helpful tooooo. We upgraded our room to lake view room and the view was spectacular! Room is super clean and the room and bed are huge! Love the amenities and everywhere smells nice. Just a tip! Book early, if you see the price is cheap just book it or you’ll pay 3x times more 🫣 Luggage transfer is available, next to the u1st cable car ticket counter. They will send it up to Cotti Coffee (next to yingxue hotel entrance) and you’ll pick up there. Suggestions to come early to middle January for a guaranteed snow view. We went on 28th dec 2025 and still no heavy snow.»

El personal del hotel fue sumamente amable y atento, asegurándose de atender todas mis necesidades. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, limpias y bellamente decoradas, creando un ambiente cómodo y relajante. «Acabo de terminar mi estancia en este hotel y debo decir que ha superado mis expectativas más que cualquier otra experiencia reciente. Desde el momento de la llegada, cada detalle refleja el cuidado y la atención del hotel. Las habitaciones del hotel están diseñadas con amplias vistas, con paisajes urbanos o de jardines pintorescos a través de las ventanas de piso a techo. La ropa de cama es suave y cómoda, e incluso la selección del minibar muestra un toque de consideración. Aprecio especialmente la atención del hotel a los detalles: el aislamiento acústico es excelente, el sistema inteligente de iluminación y cortinas es conveniente, e incluso la ubicación de los enchufes está pensada para la comodidad del usuario. Las aguas termales privadas ofrecen una excelente privacidad y confort. El personal es atento y eficiente, y se forma un grupo de servicio privado para atender a los huéspedes. Lo que más me impresionó fue que, después de hacer el check-out, me di cuenta de que las gafas de mi hijo se habían quedado en la habitación. Contacté con el personal del hotel para que me ayudaran a buscarlas, y una vez encontradas, se encargaron de enviármelas de inmediato. Un aplauso por el servicio. Ya lo he recomendado a varios amigos y espero volver a alojarme aquí pronto.»

«El hotel ofrece instalaciones básicas, pero su maravillosa ubicación y su excelente servicio lo compensan con creces. Lo mejor de mi estancia fue la hermosa vista desde el balcón: un lugar tranquilo y pintoresco para relajarse, una forma encantadora de disfrutar del entorno. La comida del restaurante de la planta baja fue una grata sorpresa. Los platos estaban deliciosos y esperaba con ansias cada comida. Fue una gran comodidad, especialmente con tanto frío afuera. La proximidad del hotel a la estación de esquí fue otra ventaja. Era increíblemente práctico para llegar a las pistas con el transporte gratuito, lo que lo convierte en una opción ideal para quienes desean disfrutar de la nieve en la montaña. Lo malo fue el olor al entrar en la habitación; probablemente la acaban de limpiar. Tuve que abrir la puerta del balcón para ventilar y el olor desapareció. Por último, el personal (Sr. Lee) respondió rápidamente y brindó un servicio excelente, asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario durante nuestra estancia. Si bien el hotel puede no tener las últimas comodidades, la experiencia en general fue positiva y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque una estadía acogedora con excelente comida y fácil acceso a las pistas de esquí.»

«Very nice hotel. Need to take cable from bottom of the mountain (self pay). Luggage transporting up to hotel another payment of CNY10 each luggage. Service is fast. Check in experience is fast too. Requested go extra bed in the room, was inform they only do once a day so need to check availablilty. After checking, they mention can be done. It was place in our room after we came back from dinner. Environment is very nice. Bathroom flooring is heated too. Our room is using the overhead projector to see TV program. Internet not really stable therefore the tv projector sometimes get hang. One day before we checkout of the hotel, the projector is not able to off therefore we have no choice but to sleep with it on (not having a good night sleep fo that day). However, their service to your request is good. No phone in the room as you use WeChat to call for their room service. Overall, this hotel has a good location, good service and nice environment.»
