Palm Wings Kusadasi Beach Resort&Spa

We had a great holiday at this hotel. Traveled from LBA on an early morning flight. 2nd visit to this hotel, we spent two weeks in May at the same hotel. We returned for two weeks in late September/October because we enjoyed our holiday there. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff work hard to achieve this. A very special mention to the executive chef Mustafa and the premier manager Ali. You really did make us most welcome. The hotel itself is jet 2 four stars but 5 star by Turkish standards. Being a trained head chef, I found the food excellent for a 4 star hotel, Bear in mind that they are catering for a dozen or so different nationality so be prepared for different food choices. Ali the premier manager made us most welcome and remembered us from our previous visit, which was nice. The hotel has a good swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds the beach is easily accessible with plenty of sunloungers. A total of 5 bars, but I must admit to not using the disco bar. The rooms are reasonable and fit for purpose. Though some said the beds were hard ,but no complaints from me. The only downside. The hotel is a 25/30 minute bus journey from Kusadasi and costs 45 lira on the dolmas, buses are frequent but do be aware that the hotel is on the outskirts. All in all we had a lovely holiday at this hotel, made some good memories and friends. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, extremely clean. Lovely staff. Fantastic animation team. Great choice of food. Definitely worth having the a la carte menu whilst there, it’s on rooftop terrace with the most beautiful views. The only thing that stops me giving top marks is the bedsheets not fitting the beds/duvets properly The location is great for being able to walk easily to a couple of shops. There is an excellent bazaar 10 minutes walk away. It’s a residential location, so quiet and easy to walk around (minimal traffic). There is a local bus that also stops outside the hotel. On site There is a shop selling crisps, sweets, souvenirs and pool toys, a handbag shop and a photo service (the photographer is taking photos in day and evening) to buy professional holiday photos. Some shops price in euros but card machines only take Turkish Lira. The spa is 10/10 best experience and great value. No need to go elsewhere.

Just back from 2 weeks here. Lovely hotel. Most staff are friendly. Animation staff are all lovely and good fun. Our room was lovely, extra large bed and a single in main hotel large room, clean towels daily. Lovely areas to sit in hotel and in bar area. Food was lovely not much choice for vegetarians but salad bar is amazing. Loved the choice at breakfast. Snack bar did good food. Red wine not nice and served cold. 4 restaurants to choose from but don't really rate them Italian and Mexican. We didn't try fish or Turkish. Drinks were ok. Transfer a good hour and half/ two hours with drop offs. Bus outside cheap and takes about half an hour into Kusadasi runs till about 11pm. Wednesday market good for a bargain. We have no issues of returning. Loved our time there.

We stayed at the hotel for a week in a family room - two adults with two children. The room was spacious, cleaned every day. The food in the restaurant is very varied. There is something for every taste. An excellent cheese stand, a wide variety of salads, meat and vegetarian dishes, great desserts - traditional Turkish baklava and fruit. The complex has a large swimming pool and several slides for children to enjoy. It has its own beach in front of the hotel.

Enjoyed a wonderful 11 days holiday with husband from 17th May 24 and met up with friends . This was mine and husband’s first holiday in Turkey. We stayed in a swim up pool room. Plenty of space in room and nice patio area in front of pool with sunbeds and chairs. Rooms were cleaned daily including floors washed and patios cleaned. Minibar restocked daily with water and soft drinks. Kettle in room for tea and coffee. If you are a tea drinker I would maybe suggest taking own mugs as cups/ mugs at hotel were very small in my opinion as I love a big mug of tea. Food in the buffets was lovely. The different options are very spread out so I would suggest a good look round before making any selections. House wine ( white) was drinkable. We ate at the Fish a la carte and Italian a la carte during our stay and enjoyed both. Better wine available too. We spent our days on the beach which is lovely. The hotel doesn’t advertise enough how good the beach area is. Approximately 200 padded sunbeds, mostly with shade free to use and the sand is soft and golden. Few stones as you enter water but water shoes work brilliantly. The bar is as close to beach as it is to far side of pool so no hardship to get drinks while on beach. If you enjoy walking or cycling there is a beautiful stretch of pedestrian path and a cycle path next to it stretching approximately 25kms along beach front. I managed to get long walks in the morning done to try and burn off some of the calories. We spent most evenings on the Terrace bar, gorgeous views watching the sun go down. Waiters were very good ( particularly Bertug who was a star) making sure we had drinks when needed. For the price we paid for holiday our expectations were exceeded. My only minor complaints was very limited cocktail menu and no sparkling wine available. Definitely would consider coming back at some point in the future.

Stayed in a swim up room which was worth it, room was spacious and clean. Food was great, lots of choice and the snack bar did delicious pizza of a day. Drinks were good, Efes, Baileys and Johnny Walker were our choice.€1 dolmus to go to Kusadasi, but there is also a small market about a 10 minute walk away which we did some shopping at. Would we return, definitely, and a special shout to Dogan at the terrace bar where you got beautiful views of the sea,beach, sunsets ,gonna miss sitting up there with a cold drink, weather was good of a day bit cool of an evening.
