4 bed 3 bath villa with a pool and spa. Prime location right next to Orlando and all it has to offer. 5 piece master bath. Sitting area by the pool in the shade. Pool is screened in and has a security alarm for children’s safety. In ground jacuzzi and heated pool (extra cost for heating the pool). Game room in the garage, smart TVs in all the rooms including the living room with free WiFi. It’s time to come relax by the pool and enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own space. With no rear neighbors. Located in Calabay Parc. Close to all the theme parks and attractions
Pool heat is $30/day that will need to be paid at least 2 days prior to checking in so that we can get it turned on and heated prior to check in.
We have also added an air hockey table and a foosball table to the garage game room. We also insulated and added a couple of cooling runs to the garage so it will be more comfortable for the adults and kids to play out in the garage during those hot days that you are relaxing at the house About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 23.About events:No events allowed.

Family Holiday
The villa was very well equipped and had everything and more than expected. Communication with the owners was always prompt and helpful.Only thing that let it down a little was the cleanliness, in general the main areas were clean but the villa would benefit from a deep clean. We would definitely stay again in the future

Home away from home
Such a beautiful place! I loved that it was 1 story home. The pool and hot tub was amazing treat after a long day at the parks. I would totally stay at this place again!!!

Amazing home!
Everything about this stay was absolutely amazing. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to just about anything you need. They were easy to communicate with and the home was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and nice and warm, which was nice with the cold front that came. We only wish we had spent more time there (we spent a lot of time at the parks). Highly recommend!!

Loved It
My family of 6 stayed at this cozy house, and we loved it. We had plenty of room, and some to spare. Loved the pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. The home is warm, welcoming and cozy. Short drive to Disney, equidistant from both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Really, no complaints at all - we will definitely go back!!
