«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process.
While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay.
I would recommend this place.»

«We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for.
When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem.
Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.»

There's also a swimming pool you can use
Breakfast is very good also
We have booked to stay there twice now and will be booking again
The only downside is that they close the doors at 9pm so if you like the nightlife you'll be locked out just something to think about when booking»

«Als je aan de Filippijnen denkt met witte stranden, palmbomen en eindeloos uitzicht over zee dan moet je hier niet zijn. Maar wen geweldige plek om de drukte van de stad Davao te ontvluchten en te genieten van service, goed eten en rust. Prachtige kamers met eigen tuin en terras. Geweldig mooi park en zeer netjes onderhouden
En uiteraard kan je wel heerlijk zwemmen in zee met uitzicht op de wereldstad Davao.»

UUsuario invitadoEverything was good. The staff are very kind. When I checked in the hotel, I left the hiking stick at the bottom of the desk. It was not 10 minutes before I was given back the stick. The feelings I have during the stay are coziness and peacefulness. It has a very beautiful beach and swimming pool. It will be a good option if you're scheduled to spend a couple of days in Davao.

AAizhaneiroWe stayed in Apo view hotel for a couple of days and enjoyed time spent there.
Firstly, the room was very spacious, clean and had a lot of light.
Secondly, the bed was comfortable and big.
Finally, they had delicious menu and swimming pool.
There were also downsides:
Our neighbors were very loud and we could hear them well since sound proofing was bad.
Hot water 🚿 we have been waiting it for a while, all you need to do is to tap a shower and wait… after 10 minutes or so you will get hot water, but there is a problem of water wasted…
We didn’t know that there was a casino downstairs, but it was a bit strange to see it.
Overall, our stay was great 👍🏼

IIvan KraljThe hotel has a great location, if you are just catching a flight. The terminal is at a walking distance.
Room is spacious and comfortable, i only felt certain areas could have been a bit cleaner, as there were food crumbles scattered around desk.
Maybe it was cleaned in a rush, as they forgot to even put the towel in, but i got it after a request.
In the bathroom, there is hot water, but only hard soap and shampoo available, no body shower gel.
Prepare to have 500 pesos for the key deposit. But also, they were flexible when i said i am leaving the country, and would prefer not to have a cash leftover (dont do my mistake, you still need to pay the airport terminal fee in cash - 784 pesos!).
I decided to spend my last banknotes on food. Frankly, the shop in the hotel building is so overpriced, that I rather walked 5 minutes back toward town, and bought some snacks at 7/11, much more affordable.
You can buy instant noodles and make them with the hot water from the hotel corridor. There's a water heater in the room also (for instant coffee), but you would have to bring drinkable water. Well, there were even instant noodles offered in the room, but i didnt see utensils available (spoon, or fork, or anything of such).

UUsuario invitadoAlthough it is peace and quiet at this hotel, one will notice that the hotel is already old and outdated. There is no netflix at the room. But more importantly, there is no hotel slippers as well. Not to mention a welcome drink. Perhaps it is because the hotel’s accommodation is cheap. It is less than php1,000.00 at that.

KKryzza AlojadoCheap place so you get what you pay for. AC was cold which was great after having to carry our luggages to the 4th floor using the stairs. Location was perfect as its walking distance to SM Lanang or you get a ride for P10.
