The staff of this hotel makes you feel like they hate you being there. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this hotel is the worst I’ve stayed in. Management should take action. TL:DR: Security issues, busted door lock, FILTHY room, incompetent housekeeping, missing amenities, very late check in time, and many more. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. THERE ARE BETTER HOTELS AROUND. I’ve stayed in many accommodation from 5-star hotels, family-run airbnb, tents, hostels, but this hotel is easily the worst service I experienced. They claim to be a 3-star hotel but their service is not up to par. We stayed for 3 nights and here are the details that caused me to write this review: Day 1: -hotel grounds have impressive gardens and facilities (pro) -room is spacious (pro) -good location (pro) -very late check in time at 3:00pm -FILTHY floor -broken door lock -stains on the bedsheet -itchy bed and sheets -missing items that are supposed to be included in the booking details: hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste -missing headboard foam (based on promotional images) - hit my head on the protruding panels First impression: Acceptable Day 2: -asked the room to be cleaned bec the floor is just nasty (see photos) -shower barely heats up -when we returned, the floor was swept but wasn’t mopped. It also felt a little sticky so I couldn’t go around barefoot. -bedsheet was not replaced!! Now, I’m getting the impression that they dont replace the sheets that’s why it was itchy on our first night. -towels replaced, but not the bath mat -no water refills -we called the front desk to send us water and a hairdryer as well -hairdryer arrived after an hour, still no drinking water -staff entered the room while we were sleeping!!! -they dropped off the drinking water after 4hrs!! they assumed it’s okay to enter the room without permission. What if we were dressing up?? -2 quick power outages during the night Overall: Getting annoyed but not enough to give a bad review. We, however, are now PARANOID about our safety. Every sound from outside puts me in alert in case someone opens the door. Day 3: -we ate mangoes in the room and washed up in the bathroom sink. Unfortunately, the mango stained a bath towel. Just a few spots, nothing to fret about. -I asked for another cleaning bec I just feel like the room is never clean and went about our day -when we returned, there’s NO DRINKING WATER, NO BATH MAT, and only 1 old looking towel. -sheets were not replaced and floor is still not mopped. -coffee cups not washed, and coffee packets not replaced. -we are getting bummed. We went to the front desk to ask for these items. -they returned with a NASTY looking bath mat! -Okay, we’re not too picky as long as it gets the job done. But we’re now feeling like the housekeeping is intentionally doing a bad job. It’s not like we thrashed the room.
