Everything went well except the wifi which wasn't really working well but it wasn't a problem because our phones had a better service internet wise. so I wont make a big deal out of it. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back next time.

Really comfortable bed and room. Very polite and helpful staff. The dining area was very busy and several people had to wait for a table at breakfast; however, the food and selection was excellent. Staff cleared tables as quickly considering there was only 2 of them. Thank you.

Excellent night's sleep. Close to the centre of Darlington, some close to amenities, as well as other evening / eating options. Restaurant onsite, so no need to leave the building for breakfast. Also, close to the train station. Enjoyable stay.

Lovely spacious room, comfortable bed, ensuite with bath, tea & coffee-making facilities and great views over Darlington centre. Also very handy for Vue cinema, pubs and restaurants. Excellent breakfast too with continental or traditional choices and you could help yourself

Friendly staff from welcome at arrival. Good location near to railway station and Town centre. Lovely breakfast staff friendly and efficient, breakfast chef really good serving up delicious, fresh food, nothing too much trouble. I stay in hotels regularly (mainly Hilton, Holiday Inn, Radisson etc) and this is by far the best Premier inn I have ever stayed in.

Great stay bed was very comfy, food was really good I had breakfast and dinner both had a wide range of selections. The staff were especially nice and alex was a credit to the company, very helpful with everything me and my colleagues needed. Would stay again if I’m in the area.

Nice hotel, and well located in the town centre with good access to shops but the free wifi is rubbish and they have a scam where they make you pay for half decent wifi. This was a shock and in this day and age is simply unacceptable. People need to be aware of this.

FaceTime my day was excellent, something could have been better, but overall I enjoyed the bathroom, I enjoyed the bed arrangements, the cleans of the sheets and pillows and duvets is really over a high standard, food could’ve been slightly better, but I’m not complaining, I satisfied my taste buds and it’s all fine

Almost aggressive and insisted on £10 for checking in 20 mins earlier. Expect you to check in no earlier than 3pm on the day ...which is ridiculous very very grabby...I decided to buy food and exteS in the town as I felt like premier inn want gonna get any more of my cash
