Myself and my friends stayed last week as we were attending a wedding close by. We all checked in early which was great rooms were ready even though we arrived slightly earlier than noon. All staff were friendly on check in and check out rooms were super clean and bed was comfy! Would definitely stay again

Service was great, was greeted by Michelle on arrival she was so friendly and helpful. Got us fresh towels and cutlery ect. We will definitely be back :) room was clean and in pristine condition, big fan in the room too to help when the room got too hot. Overall great experience.

Michelle on the front desk was the most helpful person I’ve ever met! So lovely and an assess of the team! The most accommodating representative in a hotel I’ve came across! Such a lovely lady and the meaning of hospitality! We will return 100%

Nice clean hotel, Kelly on check in was very helpful and when I got to my room I found Nyomi had done an excellent job in housekeeping everything was neat and spotless. The hotel is well situated and nice and peaceful which is welcome when looking for a restful stay.

Our receptionist, Michelle, was so warm and welcoming, explained everything we needed to know and the process was quick/easy. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of space for 3 adults but the hand wash and shower gels were both empty which was frustrating.

Stayed at Darlington travelodge with some family while we went to a family party. Check in was very easy and the lady on reception was so lovely. Our rooms were absolutely spotless and the attention to detail was outstanding. You could tell the cleaner takes lots of pride in their job. When I saw the cleaner on the morning she was so polite and made sure everything had been okay with my room and our stay in general then wished us a safe journey home. Honestly couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely stay again when back upto see family

Very clean and tidy hotel. I thought that this was a new hotel but apparently it has been around for over 10 years. The staff were very welcoming. A big shoutout to Kelly, Sarah, and Kirsty, whose friendly approach made our stay an absolute pleasure.

Do not stay here if riding a motorcycle fuel thieves are active - so if you want cut fuel line etc find another hotel

It's a bit far out from the centre of town to walk. Easy to find and has a good size carpark. You are only allowed half hour of free WiFi.
