This is my 2nd stay at Hotel Shangrila,Darjeeling.Last one was in March 2014(Room# 103,Shangrila)and this time from 21.10.2022 till 23.10.2022(Room # 502,Shangrila Regency).Trust me their service still remains a gem.Right froom interactions with the owner Mr.Ranjan Lama while booking to check-in and finally check-out,all were good. Staffs like Saurabh,Aniket to Manger Samuel,all are assets.Missed the sumptuous food of their restaurant but nevertheless, their complimentary breakfast(though found that options have reduced)are added sweetness on the cake. Weather being absolutely clear, was able to view the majestic Kanchenjunga right from the room,throughout the stay.Mall is 8-10 mins walk.taxi stand is 3/4 mins walk were also the good part.Would certainly love to stay here in my next visit to Darjeeling.

Nos quedamos en este hotel desde 17th-20th Junio 2022 con un grupo de 38 personas No saben qué hospitalidad es ... De Ventas a checkout Aunque pagamos 80% (2 días de 3 días) pago anticipado pero su mujer del equipo de ventas (Seema) No se ha confirmado la reserva y se ha dejado esperar en el lobby durante 3 horas hasta que recibió el pago completo. Aunque he pedido que paguen tan pronto como llego allí teníamos reserva para 21 habitaciones y sólo asignamos 2 habitaciones a familias que han llegado temprano pero ella estaba ada***t Hotel es realmente en forma de BAD y ahora entiendo por qué están pidiendo a todos El hotel tiene 2 edificios y sólo muestra el edificio principal. Las habitaciones estándar son las peores que permanecer en el otro edificio Aunque algunas habitaciones son grandes pero no hay mantenimiento, el piso está roto, fuga, olor de vapor, muebles rotos ... y ***y más (problema con todas las habitaciones) No tienen personal suficiente para cuidar el servicio de habitaciones o el mantenimiento de casa. Las toallas no se han cambiado durante 3 días. Necesitas una cosa y tendrías suerte de entrar en 1 hora sin recordatorios 3-4. No tienen almacenes de ningún material alimentario. El hotel estaba ocupado, pero sólo tienen 8-10 opciones de snack (No French Fries, No Peanuts) ... Imagine que he visto muchos huéspedes quejando para cambiar la habitación, pero no lo ayudan. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. The ***agement should fire all the staff and close down this if they are not able to handle

Hotel encantador con vistas encantadoras al majestuoso Kanchanjungha. El servicio del hotel es realmente muy bueno y muy viejo ***. El mantenimiento de la casa siempre fue atento y respondió a nuestras necesidades. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena en términos de paz y vistas, pero un poco lejos del centro comercial si va a caminar. Pero me encantó mi estancia en el hotel.
