The stay in the crescent resort Darjeeling was awe and entire service was beautiful specially I would like to mention the Fand B team Mr chhedup lepcha Mr sujal Nigen and sahil everyone are very deligent and top notch to once again the view from room was stunning thank you Crescent team love yall

The location is tough to find on google. The room heaters are struggling to increase the temperature but on the other hand restaurants made us a reason to give better ratings. The food is fab right from breakfast to dinner the taste is superb. Thanks to shiva, sujal thami, chhedup, sahil and nigen for satisfying services and serving the delicious food. Kudos team shiva👍

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. First of all 4-5 star reviews for this hotel are totally fake and paid reviews . Please trust only genuine reviews. This hotel isn’t worth even one star First, we ordered lunch, including butter paneer masala, dal makhani, rice, and roti. However, they mistakenly delivered butter chicken instead of paneer. As a strict vegetarian who has never touched non-veg in my life, this was extremely distressing—I was so upset that I cried for nearly two hours. When we informed the staff, they claimed that another guest’s order had been sent to our room by mistake. But how is it possible that another guest ordered the exact same dishes and the same number of chapatis? It was clear they were lying. After this horrible experience, I decided to take a bath, only to find that there was no hot water in the washroom. I had specifically booked a room with a bathtub, but it was completely useless since taking a bath in freezing cold water at 5-6°C was impossible. When I complained at the reception, they sent a plumber who tried to fix it twice. After 2-3 hours, he told me to use some other guest room for bath. This was beyond frustrating—why should I have to use someone room when I paid a premium for a bathtub room? Moreover, it wasn’t just us facing this issue; other guests also complained about the lack of hot water. To make matters worse, the television in our room wasn’t working because there was no recharge on it. Even after informing the staff, nothing was done. We later found out that many other guests were also facing the same issue with their TVs. As if all this wasn’t enough, when I requested the manager’s contact, the receptionist simply said the manager was on holiday. It was as if they didn’t care about their customers at all. The entire experience was disgusting, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is uninterested in providing even basic service, let alone hospitality. The hospitality in the Crescent resort was was amazing and the staffs are really efficient and courteous specially I would like to mention Mr Chhedup Mr Ujwal Mr Nigen whose service was really excellent the view was mesmerising the rooms were really clean hope to see you guys again in the future thank you crescent resort

Wonderful hotel with a great view and garden area. The food is excellent and good service is provided. Our stay over here was pleasant and we enjoyed a lot. The room has inbuilt heater system which helped us a lot to stay comfortable. It is also equipped with a bed heater which is an excellent addon to have, specially if you are travelling with senior citizens.

The Crescent resort experience is too good for its ambience. Right from the check in to the checkout was a smooth stay. The staffs were warm in their welcome, talk and behaviour. Cleanliness of the premises and rooms and basic necessities were upto the mark. Service staff of the restaurant Chhedop, Akanshya and Manager Shiva and team were very courteous and humble. They were quite obliging to the requirements and quick in action that made me so so happy. Would recommend to experience the same.
