The hotel room was quite spacious and clean with a balcony. The very first day we got to see mount kanchenjunga from our balcony. Food was tasty . The staff { deva, ana, saira,anush} were very helpful and always smiling . Only felt the food menu prices were slightly on higher side.

I had an amazing stay at West Gate Posada in Darjeeling! The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of flavors that made every meal enjoyable. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming, always ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. The cherry on top was the breathtaking view from the property – it truly captures the beauty of Darjeeling. Overall, a perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Darjeeling!

Superb property and amazing location. We stayed at the family room, it was quite big and convenient .. the staff was helpful.. and it's a short walk to the mall road.. despite it being central it is away from the hustle bustle of the city .. has good view of kanchanjunga

It was a very good experience, really loved the customer service and the rooms were beautiful, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel had a beautiful sight of the big mountains, and the food in the hotel was really great, especially the deserts, and the club sandwiches and fish chips were top notch.

It was an excellent experience. We booked a premium room with balcony. We were warmly welcomed and onboarded by Deva. My wife and I loved the room, enjoyed the view that we had from the balcony as well as the service. The staff interaction was very warm and friendly.

Good amenities and excellent service by staff. The property had good viewing options of the range from the balcony and is within close proximity of the Mall. The property has the option of getting great quality tea from the boutique - a must try for tea enthusiasts.

I recently stayed at West Gate Posada by Summit in Darjeeling for a 3-night vacation with my family, friends. The check-in process was quick and seamless, with a very friendly staff member greeting us at the reception. We also had a smooth check-out experience. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the room temperature was easily adjustable. We also appreciated the room heaters and coffee maker, which were great for our morning routine. The staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. overall, we had a fantastic experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is lovely with a nice pleasant ambiance. We stayed for 2 nights and the stay was comfortable . The service was top notch and everything was really put together. Would like to mention Prajokta , Aman and Debu from front desk and Mr.Sawan from housekeeping for all their assistance during our stay. Definitely recommend.
