5樓以上都是客房，5樓有觀景台，已封閉，入駐房間裏面是看得到去往稻城亞丁上山的上坡路。入駐第一天客服就拉了羣，羣裏發温馨提示，隨時告知他們情況。入駐當天還提前幾小時後台打電話過來問我們情況是否高反，如有高反可以去幫我們租個氧氣瓶。酒店附近海拔就2000多米，所以沒問題。一樓是早、晚餐廳，還是很方便。他們家自帶有停車場，晚上房間入眠非常安靜，下次帶父母走拉撒經過稻城亞丁還會選擇這家酒店，真的服務態度非常棒！

剛入住時上樓後發現走廊燈沒開，走着有點怕，找了服務員後才開燈，走廊地毯也很臟，房間牆上、洗漱台…都沒打掃乾淨

酒店的裝修，價格，早餐，以及服務我都很滿意，獨獨是酒店的位置離中心區域稍微遠了些吃喝不方便，向我這樣不開車的屬實不方便，酒店給了我司機的電話號碼，我聯繫了司機，因為沒有人和我拼車，我自己一個人出了40元車費下山吃午飯，司機和我説回來的時候收我10元車費就好，我吃完飯後聯繫司機，司機説他現在沒空來接我，讓我在十字路口攔車就好，當陰雨天一個人在風中凌亂等了很久車後，真的好氣，心裏默唸酒店的大差評是逃不掉了。
回酒店後輕微高反，微信上和管家聯繫了，立馬拿了供氧機到房間，好吧，小姐姐的關懷把我拿捏了，怒氣全消，內心還是認可酒店的。
只是關於沒有開車人士的交通建議酒店也多考慮一下，下山吃頓飯沒拼到車，來回80元車費是真的肉疼。再則可以多留兩個司機的電話，一個司機業務繁忙至少還有替補嘛

酒店很新，硬件裝修比較大氣，早餐比較新鮮，蔬菜是現炒的特新鮮；推薦餐廳的松茸雞鍋，特鮮，關鍵都是現做的；經理四郎很熱情，專門配了1人套餐👍，司機登巴服務很周到，反應迅速，接送準時！

房間衞生一般，住兩晚竟然不主動收拾用過的濕毛巾、也不收拾垃圾桶、沒補充瓶裝水，打了客房部電話有馬上來幹活……酒店提供“共享氧氣”但需要付費80元/晚上，酒店位置海拔3000米，停車位是夠多的。
