Utilizamos el hotel para pasar la noche, llegamos a FLL y al otro día teniamos otro vuelo desde allí. El hotel queda muy cerca del aeropuerto, y aparte tienen servicio de traslado del y hacia el aeropuerto, solo tienes que comunicarte por telefono y ellos te dicen por donde te buscan, y a la ida tienen traslados cada 1 hora. Las habitaciones son grandes, con un sector de escritorio y sofa. Tienen frigobar y caja de seguridad. El personal muy atento. El desayuno incluido bastante bien. Tiene pileta de natación pero no la usamos y tiene un estacionamiento gratuito dentro del hotel. En los alrededores no hay lugares para cenar, tuvimos que tomar un Uber para realizarlo.

Great location if you want to stay at the airport. Clean Room , nice breakfast and shuttle is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I couldn't locate the shuttle from the airport Francesca (hope I spelled her name right) was so helpful in helping us.

Whatever you do, don’t waste your time booking this hotel. The outside and lobby area make it seem like a great hotel…immediately got to the room and the smell was horrendous. We pulled back the comforter and there was dirt all over the sheets. We immediately called down to the front desk and the woman goes “excuse me” when we told her the bed was dirty. She had us come back down and without acknowledging anything she just hands us a new room key. My husband immediately asked for our money back as we were not staying another minute in there. We ended up lugging our suitcases 15 minutes down the road to Tru by Hilton and it was such an amazing decision.

It’s ok, however, they seem to frequently run out of hot water which means cold showers if you’re a late riser and the hotel is full. Didn’t find the pillows or bed that comfortable and the ac was really noisy. When the ac is off the room tends to smell moldy. There is very little in walking distance no real restaurants in the area. I don’t think I would ever choose to stay at this hotel in the future but it wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t if there weren’t any better options.

Looking for a reliable hotel option before a cruise, hoped it would be this, but wouldn't recommend. The main part of the hotel was clean. Our room was gross. The bathroom was dirty, stuff on the floor, and the linens needed cleaned. Do better!

We took All Stars transportation to the port of Miami. Our driver Tony Brown was a great driver. He made sure everything was taken care of and even picked us up early! I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Tony made sure to keep in close contact and update us if anything changed.

Upon our arrival at the airport the shuttle was there. We arrived at the hotel about 2:00pm. When we went to check in there were about 25 people waiting to check in. They had only one person checking as the manager and another employee were standing around talking. We had to wait over1 1/2 hours to finally get into our room. The room was clean and about average for a choice hotel. In the night around 2 am someone had a key and tried to get in. Luckily we had the door blocking item in use and a light on that prevented the intruder from entering. This scared my wife, I did not hear it but the next morning when I was leaving I discovered the door had been left open but the door block kept the door from opening. I notified the front desk and they said they would check the video camera and have maintenance check the time on the door lock. My wife and I left the hotel and proceeded n our cruise. However I have not received an email or phone call advising me of the results.

The suite was spacious. FYI, the beds were super high. There were 2 hooks on back of the bathroom door which wasn't enough for towels, hanging toiletry bags, robes, etc. for 2 people. Our 2 Queen Beds, 1 Room Suite had NO TOWEL RACK by the bathroom sink. There was a towel rack INSIDE the shower but it was situated so that the towels would hang down over the attached shampoo & conditioner on the wall. Also, the shampoo bottle on the wall was totally empty & squeezed in, which was an issue after getting wet to shower. The complimentary breakfast was OK. However, there was no butter, only a spread. There also were no potatoes, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, salsa, shredded cheese, or herbal tea (only Lipton regular tea).

We waited for over an hour for their airport shuttle with calling multiple times. The shuttle never came so we ended up having to take a taxi. VERY FRUSTRATING. We voiced our frustration but they really didn’t care. The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean. I told them if they offer a service they should be much better at it!!!
