"The towels were dirty, the walls were stained (they need painting) and the worst thing was that we didn't sleep at all the whole night because the people in the next room were having a party with alcohol, ***** and a ********** included. My husband went to complain at 2 am to the reception, but nothing changed. We have two small children, so it was a nightmare night. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is acceptable, but I don't recommend it for families."

We have always found this hotel to be very quiet and clean, with comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, a warm and welcoming entrance and an incredibly friendly and helpful front-desk staff (Thanks Lucy!) Convenient location close to great shopping and many dining options— Great value, highly recommend!"
