Un hotel precioso, con una atención inmejorable. Superó con creces nuestras expectativas respecto a comodidad, hospitalidad y atención. El desayuno fue de los mejores que hemos probado en este país. La habitación en la que estuvimos contaba con mosquiteras, ducha al aire libre y una decoración muy acogedora.

Tripadvisor The Ultimate Sigiriya Retreat – Service and Sensation Our experience at Cloudz Sigiriya was by all means sensational. The staff anticipates your needs before you even ask and the property itself is stunning. We loved spending our afternoons by the spacious pool, which is perfectly situated in a beautifully maintained, calm and tranquil garden area. The rooms are contemporary and immaculate. A highlight for us was the innovative modern bathroom and the private open-air shower—it’s an unforgettable experience. Every meal was a culinary adventure thanks to the great chef; the range of delicious local and western food was superb, fresh, and authentically prepared. This is more than a hotel; it’s a personalized, relaxing, and unforgettable experience and we had a wonderful time.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in the heart of Sri Lanka! We were among the first visiting this freshly removed retreat under new management. Our trip to Sigiriya was made perfect by the genuine hospitality and the great amenities at Cloudz Sigiriya. The setting is simply gorgeous; it’s a beautifully tranquil area that provides the peace needed to fully de-stress. We must praise the culinary team. The great chef is a hidden gem; the menu of delicious local and international food was extensive, fresh, and prepared with remarkable skill—the perfect fuel for exploring the nearby ancient sites. For relaxation, the spacious pool is huge, clean, and perfectly maintained. A showstopper was the modern design of our room's private open-air shower. It's a liberating and unique experience that showcases the attention to detail. This place is ideal for travelers seeking both peace and incredible quality.

This place is located very far out from the the main area which can be a plus for relaxing; however this also causes problems when it comes to quality of stay. WiFi connection and phone service is very poor so while staying at this place it’s impossible to get work done. Additionally, during my 3 day stay there were two instances where there was no running water. Rooms are clean. Service is average. Breakfast leaves much to be desired

We stayed there for 2 days and hotel is situated in a quiet and remote place. Rooms were spacious and staff is really friendly. I think the hotel is new and the staff as well. Room didn't have a cloth hanger and it was quite difficult to hang wet towels. Other than at rooms had all the equipment we needed. Food was ok, but the buffet was not worth the money. Don't forget that hotel accepts only cash. If they can work on certain areas, i think the hotel would be great.

We came upon this hotel our annual staff trip (16 members) Very relaxing environment and the staff is helpful, especially Mr.Indika and Ms.Sanjewani. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Manager is not friendly with customers.... Food was good but breakfasts and dinner options are not much Comfortable room. Pool was great too. Really enjoyed the stay at Cloudz. We stayed 2 nights but room service (supply water bottles, towels, cleaning) was poor on 2nd day. Also ask for the tea, this wasn’t offered to us.

From the moment we arrived, the amazing and super friendly staff treated us like family. They were attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. This level of personalized Sri Lankan hospitality is what truly sets this hotel apart. The atmosphere is pure calmness and tranquility. Set away from the bustle, it offers a serene escape, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The amazing pool area is simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. It's the ideal spot to cool down and unwind. The rooms themselves are beautifully appointed, and the highlight was absolutely the outdoor shower under the stars—a completely unique and luxurious experience I'll never forget! And the food? The great food here is phenomenal. We enjoyed incredible, fresh meals for breakfast and dinner, blending local flavors with international quality. Finally, the location is unbeatable for exploration. The hotel offers the peace of the countryside while still being incredibly close to the area's main cultural sights, including the magnificent Sigiriya Rock (Lion Rock) and Pidurangala Rock. Cloudz Sigiriya is a hidden gem that delivers luxury, tranquility, and genuine warmth. Highly, highly recommended—you won't regret booking this slice of paradise!

We spent 3 nights there. I loved that place, it was quiet, yet full of sounds of surrounding jungle. Only 2 other bungalows were occupied, I used the pool in the morning, at night, always alone there. The bungalows have an open bathroom, you have a shower under the stars!!! The staff is always ready to fulfill your wishes, did a barbecue for us and breakfast package when I left early for Pidurangala sunrise.

"The property is located in a calm place and very near to Sigiriya rock. We got a warm welcome from the Cloudz ... ❤️ The hosts and staff were fantastic. the rooms were very clean & neat. Food is Very delicious and Affordable Everything was excellent.i highly recommend this place and See you next year cloudz...
