It's easy to get to other areas of Dallas: Downtown, Uptown, Design District, Trinity Groves, and the Medical District all within 20 mins. 15 mins or less to Deep Ellum, and Fair Park. 30 mins to Arlington where both the Cowboys and Rangers stadiums are. All amenities included and full kitchen. Huge front yard; perfect for pets. The Space: Everything you need is within easy reach. Interior features include built-in USB ports, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, keyless entry, spacious closets, granite counters, and more. The unit is secured by smart lock entry, welcoming you into a spacious living space. *Carpet and hardwood floors *High ceilings, ceiling fans *WiFi access and Smart TV Bathroom: *Shower with full sized tub *Complimentary toiletries, blow dryer Bedroom: Can be brightly lit from large windows or perfectly darkened for daytime/jet lag naps with room darkening curtains. *Super comfort queen memory foam mattress *Cedar lined closet holds the extra pillows and blankets as well as many hangers for all of your clothes. *Luggage Racks *Plenty of outlets for all your electronic devices Kitchen/Laundry: Fully equipped for anything you might need! *Full sized appliances (dishwasher, electric range/stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board) *Microwave, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee), toaster, blender, food processor, pots and pans and basic spices for cooking. This home is one side of a duplex and has the potential for some noise. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire townhome during your stay. 2 reserved parking spaces are available and additional free street parking for extra guests. The Neighborhood: Located in the Lower Bishop Arts neighborhood of Oak Cliff, Dallas, your new home is conveniently located close to many major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment hotspots. You’ll be 25 minutes to DFW International Airport and just 8 minutes from the heart of Downtown Dallas. The shops and restaurants of Bishop Arts are an 7 minute drive. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night; a MUST see!!! Getting Around: Dart Light Rail lines only half a mile away and many bus routes just minutes away. Wynnewood Village Shopping is just a few blocks away. Also, ride share services such as Uber and Lyft are available as well as a traditional taxi. There is also plenty of driveway/street parking for up to 4 vehicles. Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Security camera/recording device — exterior of the home/apartment only and records people coming in/out of the listing and safety. This home is one side of a duplex and has the potential for some noise. By booking you give permission to verify your identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check (for 28+ day stays). Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
